Chat PrimeTime doesnt work
Hello In our company we use GLIP as messaging and conference chat. I´m trying to use Cliq but when I tried to start a PrimeTime with people in certain channel, the chat didnt open to other users? I wasnt able to make the conference chat that I expected. What am I doing wrong?

Deleting Channels
Hi there, I've realized there is no way to modify/delete channels. I've found a few use cases where this causes problems. Channel titles can't be edited. It would be helpful to be able to modify channels as organizations grow/change. Channels can't be deleted. The closest thing to deleting a Team channel is to have everyone leave the channel and delete the team's organization group (in order to prevent it from appearing in the list of joinable channels). Cliq Desktop application not working after login
Hello ZOHO Support-Team, i updated to the new mac version of Zoho Cliq. I tried using this service,it does not like to login. It only loops back to the login page where I have to re-enter my username and password. Is there something I am doing wrong here? Emails setup fine with the apps on the mobile devices.

When I type my chat text and want to mention using @ the list that pops up shows even users who have been deleted months ago.

New group - display list of users

Hi, I recently updated my Mac to macOS Sierra and now I keep getting connection lost errors? I have desktop notifications turned on and it keeps telling me it is attempting to connect... Channels ordering
I am trying to introduce Zoho's Chat product into my organization but participants are stuck on the fact that the Channels in the left column are not sorted alphabetically. Trying to create connector in Zoho Cliq
Hello, I am trying to create a custom service connector to an API. I fill out all of the required fields, and when I click the "Create and Connect" button, nothing happens. I've tried this on an Oauth 2.0 API and an Oauth 1.0 API, and the button still doesn't work. Any solution for this? If not, is there another way I can implement a third party API into Zoho Cliq?

However it seems that the Chat account is not linked to the original organization (as I had hoped), but in fact it is a new organization, on a free account. Chat Lights Up - Nothing There
I submittred a couple help requests a few days ago. Though I haven't gotten replies yet, I see that, for the first time, my chat sign is lighting up in red in the lower left hand corner. It also includes the number "1." But then, when I open up the chat window, nothing happens. Nobody's there. Hello, We are looking for something to replace Google Hangouts. It hasn't worked well for us. I discovered Zoho Chat and have signed up our organization for it (we already have Zoho Mail, so everything is kind of there). My question is: does Zoho Chat have the ability to video and audio call, like Google Hangouts? Specifically, can it support group video and audio calls? I've searched and searched, but can't find it. The chat system built into Zoho Mail has support for 1 to 1 video and audio calling.

Is it possible to edit the Agent name that is displayed while using Support Chat?
We have several agents that need to change how their name is displayed when chatting with customers. My first and last name are displayed during chats, so I need to change that; and the other agents have a first initial and their last name displayed, which also needs to change if possible.
