Internet Explorer Document Mode issue
We are having a problem with Internet Explorer Document Mode IE10. Users cannot log in to our chat. If document mode is changed to IE9, chat works with no problem. Firefox and Chrome both connect perfectly.

I've noticed that the Zoho Live Chat is very friendly to browsers that don't have Flash installed, so I decided to test it on my iPhone. Everything seems to be working fine, except I can't send any messages with the iPhone because there is no way to press the "enter" key. Major hassle forming chat groups
I'm trying to invite users to a chat group but nobody seems to respond. One told me he did not receive the invite, but had to log in to Zoho and go to Groups in order to join. He only knew to do it because I had told him to look out for the invitation which I assumed Zoho would send him. I am sure it was not such a problem to form groups when I did it before. Chat issues
I am having a couple problems with the zoho chat feature. When I use Chat from the App bar, not everyone is getting messages (these are to different accounts, Yahoo & Gmail). I did finally get the Users to show up correctly. However, when in an active chat with someone, I only get one sound notification. No other notifications, pop up or otherwise, come through to alert if another message was sent. Also, the bottom Chat bar that shows Active chats while I am in email does not show any online contacts

No way to save a widget chat
Hello, i just starting using chat within Zoho Projects. The tool is great since it allows us to save chats by topic in order to organize our discussions. Unfortunately there's a problem with the integration between the Chat tab and the Chat widget. It seems to be one way. When i create a new chat in the Chat tab and the click on it the Chat Widget opens up with that chat in it. But if i start a new chat by clicking on a person icon the chat widget opens but there's no way to save tha chat back

I am using zoho calender, books, crm, mail and chat at the same time in separate tabs in my browser (chrome). I don't want each and every tab pops up when I chat when my staffs with zoho chat that is rather annoying. Is there is way i can disable the pop ups in other zoho apps? I just want to chat inside zoho chat. thanks

There is a highlighted message at the bottom of my email window that says "Unable to connect chat server...", and then it says something like "Connecting" or "Trying to connect". I don't want to connect to a chat server... I don't want to see that highlighted message there all the time... and I've found no way to get rid of it. It's kind of alarming. Sound settings
We are using zoho chat to receive questions on our iPads. Although the settings are selected to make a sound when messages are received I don't hear anything. Senders do hear a sound on their pcs when they receive our replies.

Problem with connecting to incoming calls
I've set up a Group to answer enquiries from a widget on our home web page. Zoho Chat has been great but a couple of staff have reported difficulty recently with connecting to incoming calls. Desktop alerts stopped working
Desktop alerts are no longer working for us. We run them on Chrome. For a while, no matter what browser (for example Firefox or IE), we were in, as long as Chrome was open and logged into our account, the desktop notifications would appear when we got a new chat. I would like to know all the available security features of Zoho chat. I have seen that it uses SSL encryption. Can chat logging be turned off locally? Are all chat logs available to the administrator, or only support chats? Are logged chats stored on Zoho's servers anywhere? I am evaluating Zoho for use in our customer care center and have a question about the chat. I see where it seems to be specifically created to be an internal chat between colleagues and groups. The majority of our customer contact will be online chats so I need to know if this internal chat can be utilized as a Website chat program or do we need to fine a compatible, integratable 3rd party chat program? Since I am on a free trial I cannot test the PhoneBridge add-on but if anyone has this feature
