On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,i cannot initiate chat with other team (or) am not receiving chat accepting mail instead getting join cliq mail but i have joined in cliq alread!

It seems strange to me that my Cliq shows me as "Idle" when I'm using the PC and available just because I haven't interacted with Cliq in a while. I'm far from "Idle" so we're just treating "Idle" and "Available" to mean the same thing. I am having a couple problems with the zoho chat feature. When I use Chat from the App bar, not everyone is getting messages (these are to different accounts, Yahoo & Gmail).
