Cannot add variants for an existing product through import?

We have one Inventory in Zoho One and 2 separate web sites. We need the ability to choose which site a product will sync to. We cannot sync all products to both stores. We also cannot have more than one Inventory account as we integrate with Books. Maybe sync each warehouse to an individual store? Without this facility we cannot use Commerce at all.Stock Based Sort-by option in Category Pages

Just upgraded my account for Zoho Commerce. I was creating a store and switched templates part way through development. The switching of templates really disjointed the formatting. My recently published site has some products that lead you to their individual detail page when you click on them. I have other products that lead you to a 404 Error page. Hello It's not uncommon for me to delay creating a PO or delay receiving against a PO until a later date when I have time to do data entry. I'll then simply backdate the PO or the receiving doc, but still make the product available for sale on my site allow for negative quantities in inventory. While this isn't ideal, it is what it is and it works for me. I am unable to add two simple variants to a product. Support suggested it needs to be added in Inventory first and added to a group (which would mean entirely rebuilding all of my products as I built them in Commerce, which is what I thought it was supposed to allow you to do).
