If you want to keep paying customers from shifting to other platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce there needs to be faster development of newer technologies and services. Hello, we recently received an order and the Zoho calculated shipping charges were incorrect based on the zone it was being shipped to, It gave an option for UPS Next Day Air® , which is not currently an option based on our zone charges for the shippingThe Face objects cart.cart_id and cart.checkout_url return null values.

I would like to be able to create not only one offline payment. As you say "accept offline payments like Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, wire transfers, and cheques"... But now I have to select one of those. I would like to offer my customers the possibility of paying via bank transfer (no extra charge) but also with cash on delivery (with an extra fee). Hi, Many a times, the SEO parameters are not saving for the products in zoho commerce. We enter this and save and it redirects to the product list page. When we again open the last saved product, the SEO parameters are completely empty. After trying for 3 or 4 times, it gets saved. It is wasting a lot of time. We can't go and check every product if the SEO details are saved or not. It is not consistent - sometimes it saves fine and sometimes it is not. Hi, For the last two days, an extra tag is appearing at the end of the url of my shop in zoho commerce. This looks like something related to zoho sales IQ widget added to the e-commerce store. Hi, Invitation links are never working in Zoho commerce. I have checked two scenarios myself: While sending an invitation to a User to sign up on my website While sending a store admin invitation (for administrating my store) Initially I thought it was a minor issue for the first scenario above and ignored. But now I realised that no invitation link ever works. I tried adding another email ID as the admin of my Zoho store. To my surprise, it showed the same invalid link error (shown below). Hello, Many of my transactions are created as a sales order in Books, and then invoiced in books, and then emailed to the customer to be paid though the payment link. For whatever reason the status does not change to "Paid" in Commerce, which is where I usually prefer to review that status of all the active transactions, and also usually do my shipping. I can also show active transactions for which this is the case if that's helpful. Thanks, BryanEstimated delivery date
Hi guys, do you think in possible in the future add the possibility to specify an "estimated delivery date"? Based on my experience (see Amazon) customers want to know "if order now delivery will be?" So show in product page "Order now and receive from [date] to [date]" is necessary. If you need some idea how to this there is a plugin that I use for my M2 shop (I can show you link in case) that do exactly this.
