Is anyone paying for Zoho Commerce PRO?
Hi. I am using the Starter Plan, as I cannot afford paying 3x the fee each month, and I do not need most of the Pro features as my business is very small and I prefer to pay for Zoho One instead. But I need some of the features as e.g. abandoned cart.No way to adjust an order after it is placed

Hello, 1 ) We do not offer online payments. Is there a way to disable them? When I enable offline payments, the radio button for online payment option in the checkout form is still present. 2) We offer two types of offline payment. First simple bankwire and second a form of funding. So I would like to add two offline payment methods 1. Bankwire 2. We have integrated our website with Zoho Inventory. So basically stock and SKU information is flowing from Zoho Inventory to Zoho Commerce. So all items that does is not in stock in my warehouse shows as 'Out of Stock' on my website. However, I want to accept orders for SKUs that is currently not in my warehouse and backorder items from my suppliers once we get the inventory. Is this possible? Just upgraded my account for Zoho Commerce. I was creating a store and switched templates part way through development. The switching of templates really disjointed the formatting. I went to add another store and start the process over, and I was prompted to upgrade my account. I see that I have two trial accounts and one paid. Do I need to remove my trial accounts? I would like to be able to create not only one offline payment. As you say "accept offline payments like Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, wire transfers, and cheques"... Hi, We have a business case where we would like to capture additional info on sales order raised from commerce. Since custom fields can't be added in commerce (only available for product) at order level, we thought of taking a custom field in zoho inventory-->sales order. Hi, Many a times, the SEO parameters are not saving for the products in zoho commerce. We enter this and save and it redirects to the product list page. When we again open the last saved product, the SEO parameters are completely empty. After trying for 3 or 4 times, it gets saved. It is wasting a lot of time. Hi, Invitation links are never working in Zoho commerce. I have checked two scenarios myself: While sending an invitation to a User to sign up on my website While sending a store admin invitation (for administrating my store) Initially I thought it was a minor issue for the first scenario above and ignored. Hello, Many of my transactions are created as a sales order in Books, and then invoiced in books, and then emailed to the customer to be paid though the payment link. For whatever reason the status does not change to "Paid" in Commerce, which is where I usually prefer to review that status of all the active transactions, and also usually do my shipping.
