Unable to add simple variants
I am unable to add two simple variants to a product. Support suggested it needs to be added in Inventory first and added to a group (which would mean entirely rebuilding all of my products as I built them in Commerce, which is what I thought it was supposed to allow you to do). Inventory says I have 2 more days on my trial and then it's very expensive. I don't want to use Inventory, I don't need it, I don't want to pay for it and I don't track inventory. I want to add my items in Books or CommerceIt says I have duplicate variants but where are they to change?
It's telling me I have duplicate variants so it won't save it. I think it came originally from Books (the older duplicates). I don't see anywhere to clean them up and remove duplicates. I've clicked everything I can find in Books, Inventory (which I don't want to have to use) and Commerce. I see no way to clean them up. Where are they?Thanks Zoho
I have been using ECommerce platforms for many years and I am excited about the release of Zoho Commerce. Well done Zoho! In my experience cart solutions often require modification to follow local practises such as taxes, exchange rates and information displayed. This usually results in the need for custom fields to be designed for products and orders and the ability to write custom code to manipulate them I do hope that these will be added as a matter of urgency. For users setting up a new store,When will Commerce be included with Zoho One?
I am not super happy about being essentially a beta tester for a product which doesn't seem ready to use. I have been working on building a simple store for 3 months with one problem after another and very, very slow support responses. Is anyone else having issues with it? On more than one occasion I've needed to replace a picture that's used for multiple items within the same item group. Since some of my item groups can be over 100 items, changing a single picture manually on every single item is arduous and prone to errors. It would be ideal if, in addition to the checkbox for "delete", there was also a "replace" option in the picture area of the product. Naturally this would delete the original picture for all items to which that picture was assigned, and thenIncrease the number of custom fields allowed
It appears that the number of custom fields maxes out at 4 (I think) per field type. Please increase the number to at least 50 per field type.How do I delete a store?

I think zoho is doing great work on bringing zoho commerce to the masses. But I'm concerned that features like warehouses, drop shipping per item (via location) and many other things specific to my business will never make it into the product. Is there a way that Zoho can open up Zoho Commerce so that other developers can write specific added functionality?There was an error because Item Name value exceeded the maximum limit of 200?!
Evidently the combined number of characters between the item name, and all three attributes is now being limited to 200. Why? If this is seriously intended as a new restriction, I have to say that this is not the kind of thing you can just spring on your user base without even a word of warning, as my catalog will need significant revision to accommodate a change of this sort, being that I use variants extensively. What's aggravating is that the items I currently in my inventory are working justCloudflare?

Hi guys, do you think in possible in the future add the possibility to specify an "estimated delivery date"? Based on my experience (see Amazon) customers want to know "if order now delivery will be?" So show in product page "Order now and receive from [date] to [date]" is necessary. Hello, I am having an issue with the Zoho Commerce Bulk Edit Procedure. My goal is to mark all my items as "Not Visible in Store" by editing the CSV column from YES to NO. However, when i try to reimport the CSV the way the instructions tell me to, i get an error message that tells me all of my products already exist, and none of the records update.
