I purchase jobtrackable.com from Zoho and I have been trying to create a sub domain app.jobtrackable.com but it is showing an error. More over you should mask the OTP entry ( or perhaps give an option to see it momentarily to the user ) Please fix these issue , all your customers are impacted , this impacts all your applications and entire platform . Changing credit card details problem
We use Zoho CRM for some years (Old Professional Edition) and now I'm going to change my credit card details. And I'm not able to do this anymore, using your new design. I click on Subscription link from Zoho CRM and see my Subscription Details (as seen on 1.jpg attachment). Then I click on the Card Card link near my current credit card (or choose Billing Details from Store Home) and proceed to billing details page.
