I has a number of notifications coming in from the Zoho Community product channels, which suddenly stopped. I was following the general threads and these notification where a very good way to understand the products. I am still following the threads, as below but no notifications are coming in.

China server and international server STUPIDITY!
Hello, I have just come to know that there is a "China data server". My business is based in China, all my settings are set to China, including timezones and addresses etc, right from the start. But I got my account from zoho.com which automatically gave me an international data center account. Never even informed me or asked my for a choice. Hello I am a domain admin and one of my colleagues has not access to his mobile phone and does not have the verification code. As admin of the system, how can I provide him a code for access? Not able to create sub-domains
I purchase jobtrackable.com from Zoho and I have been trying to create a sub domain app.jobtrackable.com but it is showing an error. I only want to create a sub domain and don't require any email associated with that sub domain. I am on the free plan but I fail to see why I am not allowed to create a sub domain. All domain providers have this feature but only Zoho seems to lack.

Zoho Mail Desktop Lite only logging in on second try, security issue, display issue
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. See the animated screen capture below. I pixelated the user names.

Emails from ZOHO Forms go to Spam
emails from: research.centre@syd.catholic.edu.au via public.zohoforms.com are being sent to our spam/ junk folder. This happened last year, but we whitelisted it and that seemed to work. That is not the case for this year. Can you help?

I have sent several emails and tweets about my email being blocked with no reply, the reply time is becoming quite horrible in some regards. Hi, When I create a new custom field in a module (Accounts for example) only the other admins of the system can view them in the forms. We changed the permissions to read and write for al kind of profiles. We would need to know how to fix this. Regards

login from Safari stopped working

Changing credit card details problem
We use Zoho CRM for some years (Old Professional Edition) and now I'm going to change my credit card details. And I'm not able to do this anymore, using your new design. I click on Subscription link from Zoho CRM and see my Subscription Details (as seen on 1.jpg attachment). Then I click on the Card Card link near my current credit card (or choose Billing Details from Store Home) and proceed to billing details page. And there is "No Payment Methods Found" message appears and I'm unable to change
