Hi, I just signed up to try Zoho. Eventhough (nearly) all the applications needed to run a business are available they seem to seem to be treated as seperate applications instead of a suite. I find this quite confusing and annoying. - Applications (and information on applications for that matter) open in seperate windows/tabs. - The look-and-feel changes per application Is it possible to create one entry point that has the same look and feel / language? So no "headers and "menus" or changing sitezoho - take the money and run - zoho not caring less about fixing the systems (their own) markup errors

I submitted a variety of request for support plus several phone calls with no feedback in 2 days. I've been a customer for over 2 years and am dismayed by the lack of care for my predicament. I use Zoho's web-to-lead forms. Right now, all of my web leads are tracked together, which means I can't tell what leads are coming from PPC campaigns vs. organic searches. Is there a way for me to track this without separate landing pages/forms? For example, can i put a tracking code on my PPC links that will Zoho will capture? I believe SF offered this, but I don't see the ability in Zoho. How do other people handle this? Thanks!need a api programmer

Hi. I forgot my password, so I had Zoho systems send a password-change link to my recovery email address. I clicked on the hyperlink it provided, entered my new password, and clicked Save. Unfortunately, it didn't accept it, which is where my problem lies. You see, it says directly under the text box for that link that's sent that one can have one's password be anywhere from 8-250 characters, and all types of characters (upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters) are valid. hello, i understand auto bill is currently under development and fortunately, for me, stripe is the first gateway to be included in the mix. i'm curious as to what the migration process will be. i have a number of customers in my stripe account that are subscribed to 'plans' that i setup in stripe. will there be any features to migrate the stripe customers and their subscriptions over to zoho? or does it all need to be created from scratch? most importantly, do i have to ask my existing customersZoho & Outlook Integration
Hi. Can anyone help me sort out why only some of my emails sync with Zoho from Outlook but not all of them. I have the contacts correctly set up but if I add received emails only some get added (and are labelled sent instead of received) whereas if I add my sent emails (even to the same contacts) they ALL get added to Zoho. I can't understand why or seem to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I would like to close my account.

Annoyed by the direction google has taken over the past 5 years, and having my emails scanned to deliver ads does not make me happy. We're working on bringing our collections person onto Zoho, to keep track of interactions he has with our customers. Normally, if I find the font too small to read, I just hold down CTRL button while scrolling the mouse wheel to make the font larger. But this does not work on zoho spreadsheets. Any way to increase the displayed font size in the browser? I am using linux mint with firefox in case that makes a difference. Otherwise I really like this site and the secure login.Praise

I'm having a problem when I post something in the month in advance that it always returns me to the current month. Is there any way to prevent this? I am in a monthly view and when I post something or want to delete something off a month in advance it always takes me back to the current month. I find this extremely frustrating and time consuming.
