Zoho Vault, not being added to Dashboard "Add app"
I've tried many times, to add Vault to me left sidebar in Dashboard. It is there, with the link to vault https://vault.zoho.com but it doesn't show. Any suggestions... Thanks Rob"Kindly remove our links" email request. Anyone else get this?

First of all, this is a very neat website and has many cool features. I would like to share two ideas that I thought of. My first idea is to have a page with a quick view to different Zoho products including gadgets from various sites. People could check the news, email, weather, etc, all on one place. Maybe call it Zoho Portal? Second is a customizable bar that would atop each page of Zoho that gives users options to choose which products to favorite. Hi everyone, I'm new to Zoho and 1 day in and I'm completely baffled. My small company is looking to use Zoho for: CRM, Books, and Invoice. My confusion stems from each app asking for my company information and I can't seem to find a way to setup a company umbrella and then access the apps within that organization. Is that how it's suppose to work? Logged on a couple of days ago and all the text on my mail page was HUGE. It takes me forever and whole lot of maneuvering with scroll bars to read even the shortest email. I rebooted and, of course, checked the text settings. No change. - I have emailed Zoho support twice and have not heard from them. I have some questions about Zoho Mail that are not answered in the FAQ but there seems to be no way to contact Zoho. When I call the sales phone number, I'm asked to leave a message. I'm running Windows 7 and Outlook 2007 After loading the "new" plugin, the first email I try to send is marked at read and will not send. If I leave it in the outbox and create other emails, they will send just fine, but it still will not. I disabled the plugin and the email went out as it's supposed to. Re-enabled the plugin and the same lockup occurs. I have already synced my calendar with the new plugin. Help with this would be appreciated.Zoho Contacts error - oops

Hi Trying to cancel the account but it keeps spamming "Please downgrade your subscriptions from the below services before closing your account." Zoho is great! I just started using it and the range, depth and functionality of the apps is excellent. BUT I find the lack of a proper overview (like a Desktop or Workspace) really frustrating. The Account login suggests using Mail for an "integrated view" but at the moment I am not even using the Mail application very much. The closest thing is the Dashboard view but again this is tucked away within Mail, where it really does not belong. Given Sridhar's presentation at Zoholics 2013 I remain confused as to why Zoho always integrate Google technology into new products before their own ? For example - in Zoho Pulse a product with fantastic potential Google Drive is integrated but not Zoho DOCS only alternative is to upload from one's own hard drive. Zoho product teams please take note - consistency is key - Zoho products first and mandatory in all early releases above all other providers then Google etc. Or at the very least simultaneouslySimplified pricing and structure on Zoho products
Has Zoho ever considered a more simplified and integrated pricing model, and in some cases a more simplified application levels? Zoho offers a lot of great products. One of the issues I see though is that there appears to be a disconnect between some products, and there is separate pricing for each product.
