How do you change your user name???Reporting abuse
I have sent 5 abuse reports for http://www.bankofafrica-ghana.com to support@ and info@ zohocorp.com but I have not had a response and the email facility is still active. My report did give evidence of the abuse. I now want to report http://www.fnb-servicesonline.com It is also being used for its email facility in a 419 scam How can I get these email facilities suspended? I have created WCF RESTful service which uses simple database behind it and just trying to working on put, get,post and delete items. Right now post ,put and get is working. But the delete is n't working. Some forums telling that I need to disable the WebDAV module. I did that and then I got PUT to work. But I can not get DELETE to work. Whenever I call DELETE verb through my service I got the following error: The remote server returned an unexpected response: (405) Method Not Allowed.Inventory Tracking

When you log out of zoho from a computer and someone uses the same computer and logs into zoho you are still logged in and they have your account and access priviledges. This is a very serious problem and no one at Zoho has acknowledged this. Has anyone else experienced this? 1. As soon as you log out of Zoho and close the browser 2. Open a new browser and go to zoho.com 3. Have another user log in 4. You will see on the top right that the previous user is still logged in 5. Hello out there I have now spent half the day trying to find the different editions/versions of ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer and their release dates. This is very hard work. I don't know if this is an error or a design flaw (from my point of view) -- but I was alarmed. I invited a user to join my organization, and after he did, I was given power to DELETE his entire account (Not just remove it from my organization). So this means if I join any other organizations that I'm invited to, that it gives them the power to absolutely wipe out my Zoho account??? I'm fairly sure that I want to close one of them. But, I'm having a hard time learning exactly what is in that account. I might have a Project. Maybe some spreadsheets. Maybe a Creator instance. I want to create a permanently row of Apps in the left hand column of ZOHO. This is so when the employees log-in they can see all the ZOHO apps that we use and have configured. I have tested the "Add an app" button but it does not seem to work for me. I am looking to put in the left hand column CRM WIKI Meeting Projects Docs Writer Sheet etc. --- So basically what I am trying to do is make it super easy for employees to see a standard row of applications when they log-in every morning. Hi I'm totally new to this, so bear with me. I'm setting up a navigation menu that has sublinks on hover. I decided not to specify different heights for each submenu, and used (!$first.data('height')) instead. It seems to work fine in Chrome and FF, but not in IE. Can someone tell me how to fix it? I know there are a million threads on this, but none of them answer my question. When I go to http://zoho.com and log in, I see "adoptconsult", which is a client of mine that I tested zoho invoice for. Since I did that, I see the name "adoptconsult" everywhere and cannot get rid of it. I've sent support requests, changed contact info, and read numerous threads. I still even log in with the name "seth@yazuworks.com". The only thing I use is zoho assist, which I pay for. My clients see "adopt-consult"Intro Guide for Newbies?
I am new to ZOHO and find it a bit confusing. I have seen >>>> ZOHO books, calendar, chat,Creator,Docs,Gadgets,Personal,Planner,Reports,Share,Viewer,Wiki,Write.... Workspace ? Some of these are obvious, some not too clear. Is there a "Chapter 0", "Introduction to ZOHO", "Newbies Guides", URL, anything that introduces the ZOHO suite as a whole in broad panoramic views? It should describe broadly each of the major "app" categories as well as offer a 1-line summary of each app in each category. The"access from this machine is not allowed" ( what does this mean and what can I do to fix it and login again ?) ?????
Every time I try to login to Zoho now I get a message saying "this machine is not authorized for use" . I tried to access my account using gmail , facebook connect , and hotmail address but I get this same message every time , when I tried using Facebook Connect it instead took me right back to the initial login page as if I never tried logging on at all ...Can Zoho be used for image hosting?
We have a few logos that we want to point to in HTML emails, and since we are using Zoho I would rather host the images within Zoho than sign up for another 3rd party app like Photobocket or something. In accounts.zoho.com you can set your locale to the country you are in. (The Netherlands for me for example). Yet when I use reports all the currency values are in $ dollars, when we clearly use the € euro. It is a huge amount of extra work to go column by column (have a few hundred columns with currency data) to format the columns one by one to €(Dutch) The currency really should be throughout the entire property of Zoho (each and every app) based on the locale of the user. We have few qualified memers in the technical team and only one of us can do all the things.
