Weird IP logged under Login History
Hi there, I have noticed that under my login history there is weird IP being logged (accessing accounts section) which is not mine and is reserved for IANA: 172.31.253.147 can you let me know if there is any bug in your system with that or something is being hacked ? cheers, /MarcinDomain Password Reset or Request for Password
When I try to login to my domain server Domain Login it won't accept any username or password that I can think of for my ZoHo accounts! What I need is a way for the the Domain Server to send me my password (reset) to my email account. I really need to get into my Domain account to setup my MX Records, etc. All I get is Authentication Error...Font Inconsistency in Zoho Security Policy
Dear Zoho Team, I have an observation in Zoho Security Policy (https://www.zoho.com/security.html) wherein the 'Data Protection Policy' has been font-dimmed. I think you guys really need someone to rewrite your help pages - at least for Zoho Creator. The tutorials that are there usually aren't explained very well. It makes it hard for someone to learn more advanced techniques. If you look in the forums there are certain questions being asked over and over - this is because of a combination of two things 1) the explanation pages aren't as helpful as they could be! 2) Some people don't read the help pages. I have *not* restricted access by IP. (Under Settings -> Allowed IP addresses, there is nothing setup). I can login from my office machine. I used to be able to login from my home IP before. I always login using google account. Today I cannot login from my home machine. First of all, the login process is different. It goes to https://accounts.zoho.com/openid?..... instead of redirecting via google.com login. And if Itry to put in userid/pass, it says "Access from this machine is not allowed" I likeHelp!

Having to sign in every other time I access Zoho is a real pain. Please change the way the "Keep me logged in" sign in option works. This should be a user preferences option that gives the user control over the time period. I would suggest a control that allows the user to specify a number of hours between 0 and 23, AND a number of days between 0 and 365. Google, Live, Yahoo and other email providers support extended and automatic re-login times. Zoho should also remember and reuse the "KeepWhy do make me to wait for the entire page and then redirect when I am already logged in?
