If I'm trying to find out how to do something in Zoho, and I click on Help, I'm presented with User Guide, FAQ, Forums, Support and Blogs. Only the Forums and Blogs options are searchable. I'm new to this, and I find that the majority of my time is spent trying to find answers about how to do something or if something can be done in Zoho Projects. Dear Zoho Team, We really like your software and your everyday growth. We pay for everything we use (CRM, Mail, Business, Docs, etc) and we would like to have quality and FAST support for our business. We can't rely on you until we get it. I signed up for a Zoho account to use the nested and repeating tasks feature. I have figured out how to do one or the other, but I can't seem to do both. If I create a task and make it repeat, the option to create a sub-task goes away. If I create a task with a series of sub-tasks, there is no repeat option for the sub-tasks. I can go in to the original task and tell it to repeat. It says it has been updated, but it just reverts back to non-repeating. Issues re: custom logo .. When (in Writer, for instance) accessing Admin Console, and uploading a custom logo, there is NO information about the required logo size and format -- please add such basic information in the interface so we don't waste our time. By the way, what IS the required size and format of the custom logo??? In order to make Zoho the perfect Collaborative Coding platform all needed is something like PasteBin. Moreover it could be easily integrated into Zoho Notebook, Zoho Discussions, Zoho Wiki and on its own (Just like PasteBin). You could add permissions (Public, Access only by link, or Zoho Users / Group permissions). That would be a great addition to your package. Thanks. P.S. I have a paid zoho account but have a few thousand documents and spreadsheet files on my linux and and windows computers. I would like to be able to sync these to my zoho documents. So far I can find no way to do this. I tried the zip file and individual file route but that will take me days of work and not provide real synchronicity. I am not really looking for the usual user management features that exist in some / many pieces of software that tap into MS AD. What I want to do is be able to produce reports detailing the user account information, namely username and password. In the past I have used an excel file and merged it to word to produce a little wallet sized card with all the appropriate network and email account information on it. Could I change the values of field Service Tag? We have very similar "clonic" PCs with the identical ASUS motherboard and identical network interface card. When we do domain scan, the workstations are "rewritten" or "overlaped". We know the Service Tag must be unique, but it has a value like "System Serial Number", so it could be possible to change it? I have a domain with Zoho and hosting through another provider. I don't want my www.domain.com to point to the zoho login. I added a name server in the Admin for my hosting, but I'm curious to know what are the two name servers: ns25.domaincontrol.com and ns26.domaincontrol.com why can I not delete them due to the fact that it says 'international.' I would like bring to your kind attention that a handful of Zoho products are not still compatible with Zoho Enterprise standards. For example, Toondoo/Jambav is a distinct example of the same demonstrating a significant amount of disparity in two major points: Zoho has a superior Single Signon system with support for federated logons.
