Group members?
I just created a wiki site for planning in my office. I added people's email and they have confirmed so we have one group working. After this, I created a new wiki for a different project. How can I add the same group of people onto the new wiki without having to re-input everyone's email address? Also, is there a list of just email addresses so I can send out a document created with Zoho creator, without having to re-type everyone's email address? ThanksChart tool

Hello All! I created some databases. I'd like to setup the fields for phone # & zipcodes. What I mean is when you enter in a phone # the brackets are already there. I somehow managed to add an entire forum to my watchlist - and now I get a good ten or so emails a day with the content of the forum. But even though I have now removed it from my watchlist - I still get the emails - so how the hell do I unsubscribe?How do I change my logon ID from google to zoho?
I tried editing my logon email id to be from me@gmail.com to me@zoho.com, and when I clicked on "OK", nothing happened. Also, I can't seem to add a secondary email ID. What gives? I just want to switch my primary ID from google to zoho, so that when I switch over completely, I won't have any ties left with the Big G. Now that is not looking so likely. Am I missing something that should be obvious?Different usernames for different zoho apps, this sucks!
Why we need different user name and password to access different services of zoho! e.g; zoho polls and zoho crm, this is the most annoying part of zoho. I hope this year zoho will make a single sign in for all the apps in their way to integration.First and last name in reports
Hi, For a mass mailing I need to export all my leads from one specific lead source. That works fine for me. But... I can't select the first and last name to be included in the exported file. How can I do that? Exporting all my leads is not an option, because I have more than 3000, so not all of the leads I need wind up in the exported file. Thanks for your help! I would like to select multiple zip codes in a View Criteria line. In other cases such as to select all last names that start with the letter a, b or c I have been able to put multiple criteria in one line with comma's In other words I selected In Create View: Last Name/Starts with/ a, b, c However when I do this with zip codes it does not work How can I search by multiple zip codes in one criteria line? Using Google for login, want to use my zoho ID but can't.
Howdy, I decided to try out zoho, and really like the features. I want to migrate my Google accounts over, and once that is done I won't be using Google much if at all. So, my problem is that I started my Zoho account using Google to log in. Now it seems I am in a catch 22 for assigning my Zoho account as the primary logon ID! Oh no! What do I do now then? Hi guys and gals at Zoho! Just wanted to let you know that there's a really annoying bug (JavaScript?) when I attempt to click the Forum link in the Help popup window (I have tried this from Zoho CRM but I am sure it will work from elsewhere as it happens AFTER I open the Help window). Safari goes into a spinning beachball freeze. I have to force quit Safari. This has happened CONSISTENTLY without fail. I have no problem with FireFox 2. I am assuming this has something to do with some non-standardDomain validation fails
Please help. I have created a CNAME as per the instructions in the help files...using my DNS Manager on GoDaddy, a CNAME of zb8cc6d607.cloudvibe.com now points to zrs.zoho.com. In the office, I use Windows XP and I open Zoho, and each utility separately. At home, I use Mac, and when I open zoho.com, signing with the same Google Account, I see a different window, with every utility in a left sidebar, and I cannot enter each utility separately, as I do here in the office where I work. Also, I cannot access to the same information: at the office I have written some text for testing Zoho utilities in Notebook, Wiki and Writer, but at home I cannot see these texts. Hello all at Zoho. Just a thought- If any of the new customers/potential customers want to get an idea of what is possible with a respective application/s, they of course go to the respective site. Have you thought of creating a central repository or library of examples of user community created material/items? This would really give a good overview of the application's use and possibilities, and might spark ideas of how users can further use the app or apps in combination. I think Zoho is a trendsetter and a very useful application suite. However, as I've found, and am sure, have others, Help sections are sorely lacking. While expectations are low for a small company that focuses on adding more applications/features, documentation is of real value in keeping users (by not frustrating them :) A suggestion : Create Wikipedia-type help/FAQ sections which any registered user can edit. Moderators/Editors can be chosen by Zoho from volunteers. I'm sure users will gladlyZoho forum crashes Safari

Hi, Am I correct in thinking there is no documentation for the mail application at all! How can this be - surely I must have missed it. You must have pages of instructions on how to set up accounts and configure things? You must have screencasts on importing mail from other mail systems?
