Quota for Screenshots in Forums
Whilst adding a screenshot in Forums, are these counted towards some quota in Zoho Docs or they are over the above the allowed quota for the account in Zoho Docs?Help Desk Features - Can you build it or integrate with one?
We're looking for a help desk management tool that integrates with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. Are there any "help desk" type tools that we can use to manage client requests? Both with an internal version and a client login to make requests? We need to start using a help desk tool and I imagine many other businesses would also want to have tight integration with a help desk tool to plug into Zoho CRM (and potentially projects). This coming anytime soon? Any recommendations?Where do you put the help files for operating?

Hi Wizohoes, Any plans for Zoho Library, or something similar, digital library management platform, for books and media ( cds dvds etc). If you brought this out, it would be WONDERFUL! For schools and individuals especially. I understand it's easy to make a rough list in Creator or DB or Sheet, but a dedicated service would be magical. With lending and and borrowing and finance and.. whatnots of managing a collection. It might be called Zoho Collector as well! I have plenty of valid posts here, much more than three days old, and I'm logged in but I can't submit posts that include URLs. More specifically: * I can submit my post but * Zoho forums doesn't show it, seems to _lose_ it. I've been playing around with Google Chrome today, and I'm getting an unusual behaviour when trying to log in to Zoho (any application, even these forums). When I go to sign in, I get the error message: Email address already registered It works fine in Firefox 3.0.1 (where I'm happily residing at the moment). A few times when I Log in, most recently at 10:07 today (London time, probably GMT+1), I find that the Log in panel does not progress beyond > Loading� Please wait. It would be nice to have one place to change my time zone, my name, my locale. I'm aware that there can be multiple people for this but there should be one place where the master info can be set. I just came across this observation. When you incorrectly type a username/password, Zoho displays a message in red background but the password field remains prefilled. I would suggest the password field to be reset so that the user should be able to type it afresh again. Isn't it?Making Forum more user-friendly ...
Zoho Support, I just thought I would share my observation with you regarding the 'Post a new topic' page. I would say, we can keep the sections 'Add an attachment', 'Add a poll' etc in a hidden DIV. Not all users would be using this and/or always. This would facilitate for casual posters to type and message and for the Preview/Submit button without unnecessarily needing to involve in superflous number of tab hits or mouse scroll downs. Wouldn't this enhance the UI greatly?Zoho and E-commerce

He asked me to develop an application with Zoho and an E-commerce tool, so that he can sell through the internet with credit cards payment etc. Is it possible to do it? I just encountered a glitch whilst posting a message with a suggestion for Zoho Planner. I quoted a similar product (hyperlink to its vendor) and I got back an error for Zoho like this: "For users with less than three legitimate posts and less than 3 days old, hyperlink is being blocked". I would say this rule would be quite rude right? I would suggest, if the system detects a hyperlink, then it can throw a CAPTCHA to verify it is a real user or a spambot rather than blocking the post itself. Might I suggest, alphabetical order for the Product Forums list at right hand side? OK, so Writer may be the most used, but over time usage patterns of other products may change. In any case, I prefer to find a thing in a predictable place: * alphabetical order is predictable. (An obvious exception: the Home link should remain uppermost.) Zoho Support, I just thought of sharing out with you a little Hyperlink Ambiguity I came across in Zoho Forums. There is a link on the right called Log out [profile name]. The entire hyperlink is pointing to logout script. But the parenthesis give an illusion whether if click the username, it should go to User Public Profile or Edit page (as appropriate). This is actually a related error to the one I posted here " Preventing Hyperlink for new users ..." (sorry, I can not post the hyperlink to the thread since Zoho is throwing error). I chose to separate them since the two issues are distinctly different. As it is observed in the the other post, from the error page, there is no way, I can come back to the message posting page to correct the error and then post it again. When I use the browser back button, all messages are wiped out and I have to typelist at Forums Home incompatible with tabbed browsing

Example: at least twice within the topic 'Integration with OpenID' I have used specific subject lines. The topic does not show the subjects. Are the subject lines lost, or merely obscured? How do I post a topic in a forum? Easy -- click the relevant button on either the forum or topic screens. You may need to register before you can post a message. The facilities available to you are listed at the bottom of the forum and topic screens (the You can post new topics, You can vote in polls, etc. list) From the list of Product Forums, in the right hand column, I select one (forum): Zoho Docs. At the forum page to which I'm taken, there is no trace of the relevant button, no listing of availableLogin option is missing from (top of) page

After installing Firefox Zoho Quickread extension, I could not find icon anywhere. I have Firefox 3.0.1. I have since discovered Zoho Doc's and now access it via a Firefox Scrapbook entry, but still it would be nice to save a step by hitting an icon in Firefox that would take me direct to Zoho Doc's. Please help i want to create a work flow using tasks and mail. Example: i want to create a task for a date in seven days from when a date is completed in a custom date field.
