Online database/CRM for a charity partnerships
We're a partnership of three local charities about to embark on a new joint working project. We're looking for a simple online database/CRM that can be accessed online by various people across different locations. It doesn't need to be terribly complicated but it should be robust. We'll be using it to store client data, demographic info and case notes. We'll need to be able to pull reports off the software too. I'm currently looking at some of the offering from ZOHO, although I'm not sure which oneCan anyone suggest me about the law office?
Hello Everyone! I am having some legal issues that would be better taken care by a legitimate person and I am really looking for a lawyer to take me out of this critical situation. I have searched a lot but did not find the right person to hire for my issues. Maybe I am missing something extremely obvious but can someone please tell me where can I find comprehensive help files on the various ZOHO applications not just the minimal information provided from the help link in the application screen? For example I want to learn how to embed local video files from my own computer into Zoho Notebook. The help link from the Notebook application tells me I can do this but does not offer instructions on how to do it....some help file! Also I want to learn how toZoho Developer

Zoho is an impressive offering, however my initial usability doubts were recently confirmed in a client meeting. (It is interesting to note that my earlier post regarding Zoho usability has not been published.) We will be implementing an online collaboration space for an academic group at University of Technology Sydney, which is looking to use online office applications. Google Docs has been ruled out due to IP ownership concerns. Think Free and Zoho are still under consideration. The rich featuredifferent emails for different portal?
Is it possible to make a different email primary for different portals. I have two positions - and each of the companies has just started to use Zoho on a test basis. But when I work from company 1 I need to have their email address as my primary, and from company 2 - their email as primary. whenever I close Firefox 3.0 I get logged out of Zoho SSO when I open it again. Please note the following: -I am using XP Pro -I am not clearing cache and cookies -This is only SSO, I am still logged into Zoho CRM -Yes, I checked the "remember me" box -This problem does not occur in IE7 Any feedback would be appreciated. I've been using Zoho for a few weeks now, and I like it. I haven't had any problems logging on until very recently. When I go to any zoho page (www.zoho.com, planner.zoho.com, notebook.zoho.com, etc.) I don't get the login box. In it's place is a message that says Note : Cookie is disabled in your browser. Please enable the cookie to continue. The thing is, nothing in my browser setting has changed. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.14. I have cookies disabled, but I'm allowing cookies from zoho.com. It might not be working properly for me, but when I try to sign on to Zoho using Yahoo (ie using Open Id) I'm redirected to a Yahoo site where I have to enter my Yahoo password on one page and then click on an 'I agree' button (re terms and conditions) on another page. This happens even when I'm already logged into Yahoo. And it happens every time I try to access Zoho (I used to be able to tick the Zoho 'keep me signed in' box, but it seems to have stopped working since I started trying to use SSO).Survey Says !

The old start.zoho.com used to open applications within tabs on the same page. But now, at least in firefox, they open in new tabs within the browser. I really like the new layout, but does it no longer open in new tabs inside the same window? Thanks! Alanlogin

For a particular shared user of my worksheets the status in the contactlist in the "Accounts"-overview, is "Invite to Chat". Although i played around a little bit with the several Zoho applications, the status of this user remains "Invite to Chat" even if delete this user from the contactlist and add it a few days later. :? How can i change the staus from "Invite to Chat" (which i don't want to use)to "Invite to Zoho" or where does it go wrong? Regards Rob Rijpkema.https

Hi, I like your apps and will start a project with my team. But unfortunately, when I showed it to new people, they always be confused by navigation beetween apps. 1) Why when we log in, we don't go directly to Zoho Start? I love this page, but it's so difficult to find it... I like it for my documents, but I'm not able to see my shared documents by groups. Why isn't there a "new user" forum? I have lots of question most of which could be answered if I could find application documentation or help but I can't and I don't see how to get help. I find this extremely frustrating. Isn't this supposed to be easy?
