Bulk Email Tracking
Hi, I'm new to Zoho and i just want to know if there's any possible way to track if the recipients of the bulk emails sent read the email and how often they viewed it? I was able to check that it's possible to track the email only if it's an individual email. How about for bulks?Trying to turn off TFA!!! but don't know HOW...
Hi, I am trying to turn of my TFA, but can't seem to find any thing about how to do that. I just bought a new computer and when i'm trying to Parse the resumes and log in to the account it takes me to a page how to set it up. on this page there are supposed to be photos that explain how to set it up, But the photos wont load... Hi everyone! I just setup my Zoho account tonight, and I'm having an issue. I can send an email to another address, but I cannot receive anything including the reply to said email. Dear Zoho, While trying to create an alias/modify my primary email address I have accidentally change the primary address to an email address that does not exist. I cannot activate this account as it does not exist. I am currently unable to change these settings as I am not the administrator. I hope this explains the problem. I purchased my domain through Weebly for 2 years (it expires Sept 2016). Weebly is not one of the dropdown choices for verification and I can't seem to add a CNAME record per your instructions. Hi, I deleted my account but when I try to login again, it still takes me to my inbox, which suggests to me it is not yet closed down. If you do a traceroute to zoho.com and smtp.zoho.com, the domain can be reached from some countries, and is unreachable from others. I currently can access Zoho by using a web-proxy based in Chechnya! Please try usings webbased traceroute servers to confirm. Hi, I have found a couple of topics that requested darker or at least different themes. Currently the 6 default themes (in zoho mail) are extremely limited. Not only is a white background much more energy consuming it also is more strainful to the eyes. Even as long as four years ago you already promised that you would look into creating more options.
