How do I remove my account?
When I click Delete Organization it says "Please delete domain(s) before deleting the Organization" so then I go to domains and try to delete it then it says Remove Mail Hosting and proceed for domain deletion What is the next thing to do?Sign Up Form

What are the main differences between the crm tool vs the contact manager tool? I sell financial services. Most of my "leads" come from referrals. Some of which must be nurtured over time prior to converting. I don't do much with specific automated email campaigns. I also spend a lot of time following up with industry contacts and other consultants. Hi, One thing that frustrates me.... When I'm working a task off the home screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to link to the parent company the task is associated with. I'm having to open the task, then search for the parent company to get their background info, read history etc... and then go back into the task. Please improve importing of contact by possibility of import multiple files at once. Today I tried to copy contacts from MS Outlook 2003 to zoho. First I could not find any synchronization software that can sync Outlook and Zoho, then I tried to export data as CSV but outlook exports only some basic data. Next I tried to save contact as vCard *.vcf file. This is best solution for me because it's handle all data. Hi, This is not applicable in cases of services like emails, etc. that zoho provides but I am asking it for the sake of asking. In some cases (like in banks and other online srvices) customer service agents have access to customer data and they can modidy/take action on behalf of the customer in customer's account. I am having a problem doing a mass update on a "Date" field. I highlight my leads, click on mass update, choose the field, and enter in the date that I want to update. Then, when I click 'Save', nothing happens. The box doesn't disappear, and it would look like I still haven't pressed the save button.
