Hi: Using Chrome we are unable to access our other Zoho products from Connect. There is no home button as there is with Books etc. Can we have this available for ease of use? It also helps support the teams when they can access the help forums on issue they are having--sending the email from the program is ~ok but there is no trail of the questions asked etc. and i'm sure loads your support team with the same questions if someone could go thru the forums where it guides you on same issues. Hello, when a user reply to a POST or COMMENT via email the new comment is not inserted in the platform. If the user in the reply delete the text already present in the email (from --- Reply to this email to post a comment in this conversation --- and below) the new comment is inserted in the platform. Hello, I'm planning on using Zoho Connect as a suggestion box here all ideas can manifest without being linked to as specific user. I'm wondering if there is a way to hide who posts on the application. I was unable to find such a feature. The closest that I can do is to have users change their name to something else but even then, everyone can see your email info and I plan to have users access using their work email. So I've created a board in Zoho Connect to manage my work plan in one place. As the admin, I have not assigned any members to the board, does this mean that my board is private? I am trying to change "Who Can View Email Addresses?" in Zoho Connect and when I go to Policies it does not give me that option. It gives me options such as create public groups, private groups, channels, boards, and pages but not the ability to change who can view an email address.
