Hi, I need to create a portal with 500 users logging in from customer portal there will be only 1 user ((developer - me) I have gone through the old pricing and new pricing . The old pricing - https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/zoho-creator-old-pricing.html Professional Express allows Unlimited Users BUT does not allow cistomer portal as an addon - is this correct? Hi, when someone sends me a callendar invite from Outlook to a recurring event (e.g. weekly calls) that started in the past, but still has occurencies in the future (e.g calls started on Jan 02 and last until Dec 20 2019), Zoho nevertheless shows te invite as expired and I cannot put it in my calendar. One of our users in the field starting getting the following error this morning: XML document structures must start and end with the same entity. Screenshot of his error attached. Nothing has changed with our app. The users use the app to pull up existing records and update with inspection data. The fill in a few fields and upload pictures as needed. What discounts if any does Zoho offer non-profits? Salesforce offers ten free enterprise level licenses for US non-profits who can verify their 501(c)3 status. That is really hard to beat. I would love to stay with Zoho, but unless there is a significant discount given to our non-profit we are switching our campaign and app building to Salesforce. The free Zoho Plan, while convenient, has limits that we are running into. And I can't justify the cost of the current plans to my non-profit board.customer login profile as system field

Here's the simplest test I've tried and it won't work. I have a test form with a single dropdown box on it with 3 choices in it. I create a new form and insert a lookup field. On the Create Lookup Relation dialog, I choose the test app, the test form, but the dropdown from the first form is not available as a choice in the field column. I noticed that the pricing on the main page is different than the pricing under my account. https://www.zoho.com/creator/pricing-comparison.html The thing that I'm most interested in is the new pricing includes 25,000 records, the old pricing only included 1000. I could save $40 a year and get more than twice as many records. Is there any way to change my account to the new pricing other than deleting the old account and creating a new account. I am trying to shorten a form of unneeded fields by using a check box. On load of the form I am hiding the fields and as the Choices are made the appropriate fields are added, or subtracted if unchecked. I can easily get the first fields to unhide and re-hide based off the checking and unchecking of the "Roof" checkbox in this case, but I run into problems as I add more selected choices. I have a Vacation Requests form. The basic process is this: Employee submits vacation request Submit button then determines who is sent a notification for 1st approval. Hi there, I have a sales_Form. Inside sales_Form I have a sub_Form where I have a product_Lookup_Field and product_subTotal. I need to display a table with "Product Name" and "sub total" for a specific period. I have tried different ways to solve it but obviously its not enough...! This is the best I've got so far...(I am changing the names to make it easy for you to understand). I'm trying to delete a couple of fields from a form, but when I try to delete the field, then I get a message saying that "This field is referred in the following places. Please remove them and then delete this field." and it gives a list of Views. However, the field is not included in any of the Views listed. The only connection I can see is that the Views are all based on the Form that contains the field I would like to delete. Hello, I am trying to figure out how to write a formula that references a date that was entered into a date field on my form. I am trying to create a report that will tell me which licenses have passed the expiration date, the expiration date being the date entered on the form. I have an application I built in Zoho Creator that sends out automated e-mails. These e-mails include a date/time field. In my form, the dates/times are correct but sometimes (not always), the e-mails being generated are off by 3 hours. I am wondering if it's some type of time zone setting. When using the command line migration tool, we get the message "Please specify valid form name". Nothing has changed from yesterday when this worked.
