Hi, We just upgraded our plan from Standard to Professional. We need another 2-3 users for our application and the add-on for users is only for Enterprise. Is there any way to add additional users without upgrading to Enterprise? Hoping for your quick response. KielEnterprise subscription question

Apart from the occasional platform change bug every so often (not so often in recent months) this app has been extremely reliable. Can you please confirm that the move to the new app builder will definitely not affect the live production operation of our app in any way whatsoever? Hi, I have added the following script to On Load clear Region; Regions = Geographic.distinct(Il); Region:ui.add(Regions); this is done in order to get on the unique list of regions from the Form Geographic and the field Il. But when I try to open the application I get the above error. I have created a stateless form to populate a main form data table. On the stateless form, I have four separate text fields that I would like to combine into a Notes field on the main form. In the new App builder, the drop-down box for 'Field Size' is not wide enough for the content, so Custom displays as Custon and Medium displays as Mediun (Google Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m) Whilst this is purely cosmetic/aesthetics, I would never release a piece of commercial software that has visible errors, which is why I continue to use 'Old Builder' only venturing into the New Version if I need a new feature......can't say I'm looking forward to the day it gets switched off !Problem with updating records in zoho creator

The single text areas are not sizing as set in the form editor and the radio buttons are being displayed as dropdown lists. Over the last few months, we have experienced repeated serious production problems with Zoho - each of which Zoho admits was their fault. Why can't Zoho understand the importance of protecting their users who have applications in production. In mid-March, the link between Zoho and Paypal failed and Zoho was not being updated with Paypal transaction information. I'm developing an application for a client Creator and it's going well. I'm now seeing opportunities for create specialised apps which could be sold as SASs (Software As a Service) - like Zoho itself does with its Business Apps. I may have missed the obvious, but I've not seen a way to do this. I know I can create an app and share it with people who have a Creator account, and I could do things such as using filters so that users could only see the records which they personally added - but that'sZoHo Creator is down for us--anyone else experiencing problems?
We can sort of see parts of forms, reports and views, but in a janky format, cross-browser. Clearly, something is down and has been down for over an hour. Anyone else having issues?help

I keep getting repeated choices on my checkboxes and multi-selects. A choice will appear several times in a row when using the form, but only once while editing it, so I can't delete the duplicates. Even if I move the affected choice, the duplicates remain. They disappear if I delete the choice and re-enter it, but that's extremely irritating and time-consuming. Hello, I'm a newbie at scripting and am working on a database to accept registrations for classes. The database allows the students to sign up for a number of classes. Each class has multiple sessions and the students choose one session. The seats are limited for each session. When no seats are available the students will be prevented from registering for that session. I have successfully written code with help of examples in the marketplace and forums to track the number of seats available for aiPhone skips over non-text form fields
URGENT: 5 days since I posted. I am a paid subscriber. When using an iPhone to fill out a form, I hit the Next button on top of the keyboard to navigate from one field to the next. Non-text fields such as lookup and radio are skipped right over to the next text field. A dropdown field however, can be accessed with Next/Previous. How to prevent this from happening? Hi, We lost data in certain fields for certain records over last week. We have over 7,000 records in the database. We run a small e-commerce business and we store customer details, order info, delivery info in the database. On Thursday we lost about 66 records, we re-entered the lost info manually, next day we lost data in over 187 records. Today we lost data in 239 records.
