Problem with Report Filter in Zoho Creator
Namaskaram Zoho Creator team, we have found a problem with Report Filter in Zoho Creator. We can't set a filter based on an image field from 'edit' mode of the application. But we can do the same from 'live' mode of the application. After setting it from 'live' mode, we have tried to edit the filter of the same report from 'edit' mode. Then we saw an error in that filter editing window that is the filter what we set from live mode based on the image field has been cleared automatically. Pleasehyperlink

Hi, I'm currently building a Print & PDF template for one Report. The related form has a subform I'm inserting in the PDF. Customizing the page is quite difficult as I try to customize the HTML code. Customizing the subform field is even more limited it seems, and not html can't be changed as it's rewritten each time. My goal is to either add line numbering to each record, or display a gray background every 2 lines. Is there a way to customize this field and how ? Hi - I know it is possible to send a single record in Record Template format as an email attachment on success, such as an invoice attached to an order confirmation email. Is is possible to create a custom function or scheduled email to include multiple records in a form as an email attachment in the Record Template format? Hi guys, My users are having trouble when entering more than about 5 lines on a subform. As more lines are entered the field headings are scrolled out of view on the page. I fixed this in the old version of Creator by adding a tooltip to each of the fields. When the user hovers over the field it displayed the tip. However, now I am using Creator 5, the tooltip only appears next to the heading which is out of view, not in the field itself. Emails sent from Zoho Creator to GMail have this "via usermail.zohocreator.com". I have tried setting up the SPF record to v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all as suggested in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/which-spf-should-i-use and it doesn't work. This may be because the DKIM for usermail.zohocreator.com domain is present in the email header and Google identifies that to be more representative of the sender's domain. Hey, All of my companies apps keep reverting to Creator 4. We starting using Zoho after Creator 5 was already implemented so none of our apps have ever been on Creator 4. We went to edit the forms and they forced us to "Move to the New Builder" and they moved us to Creator 5... the only one we have ever used. This fixed all problems for about 30 minutes until our apps got reverted back again. This is causing people to be unable to access all kinds of reports, pages, and forms. Hello, I have a seminar date form and It has 3 different time value. I want to show these 3 dates on same calendar. What I read that it is not possible on calendar view? When we create a new app in Creator (if the account is part of Zoho One subscription), then we need to explicitly add the App to Zoho One, by opening the list of Apps and tap on 'Add to Zoho One' option. Hi Everyone, I want to change the layout of my form and found these instructions in the help. Select Application Settings icon in the home page or Click on the Settings icon in the edit mode of your application. You can select the required layout for your application from the Settings -> Customize -> Layout option. No you can't. There is no Customize Layout option for the form or even the application. I can't find it on the Applications Settings menu. Where do I access this? Also, I have seen inColumn width in table layout should be kept per user
We have multiple Report in Creator, with a lot of columns. My users noticed that when manually resizing these columns, width is not kept when they come back to the same report at a later time. Width seems to be "reset" to a default size. It would be nice that reports keep the user defined width.Count of related records for each parent table entry
Parent Table: Deployment Child Table: staff Deployment has a lookup field (called related_staff) to select however which staff worked on a specific deployment. I need to report the number of staff who worked deployments at various points in time (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc). First I need to know how many staff worked each deployment. I am trying to install the Product Catalog app in Creator but can't get past the "Setting Up Application" message. Hi: We need to update existing records in Creator from records in an Excel spreadsheet. We see how to do this using the Migration tool, but the problem is, we are on a Mac. Is there another way to accomplish this? As presented from another post, here's the functionality we're looking for: 1. I have a pretty simple setup with two forms. There is a Projects form (parent) and a Tasks form (child). The Tasks form is used as a subform within the Projects form so that each project record can show multiple tasks associated with that project, and tasks can be added and edited from within the Projects form.
