Add new related list to see the emails with the same subject line structure
Hi, We generally put a specific subject line(like "Quotation Request / XXX" ) in all of our emails which we send to the vendors. So that we can track the reply e-mails from vendors for a specific project easily. I would like to create a new related list(new module) in DEALS. In that module of a DEAL; I want to see all the emails that I receive from the vendors(or from anyone) with the subject line of "....XXX". Please suggest me a way to do that. Thank you in advance. What are the limitation to people on the project that are NOT a register users?
We have been using 5pm as our project manager for years. Since we added CRM Plus we are concidering moving our project management to ZOHO projects. Is there a limit to the involvement of non registered users of ZOHO. We a majority of our projects and tasks that require outside collaboration with customers and vendors. How can I assign ZohoMail as Email-Program in Google Chrome Browser?

I want to make use of ZohoMail as often as possible, but Google Chrome always opens Outlook whenever I click an email-field inside ZohoCRM. Function working while editing, not as a button
I have a function that is using information from a Sales Order. I have an argument passing the Sales Order ID (as SO_Number) to the function which I use to look up the Sales Order like this: condition = "(SO_Number:equals:" + SO_Number.toString() + ")"; mySalesOrder = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Sales_Orders",condition); ... Emails reporting as 'Opened' when opened within Zoho CRMPlus
We've been using SalesInbox within Zoho CRMPlus, and have noticed that when an email is opened within CRMPlus, it's recorded and notifies as 'Opened'. Is there some way to configure CRMPlus to not do this for emails opened within itself? This is producing a large number of false positives - I don't know whether a Lead/Contact has actually opened an email, or someone else within the organisation (like myself) has. I'd think this behaviour also skews the statistics for templates - has that template

I am compiling out help for our team to use ZOHO. I understand that each organisation would configure their ZOHO instance differently but do you have any suggestions for support documentation aimed at users rather than admin?
How to find inactive / stale users?
We have nearly 200 active CRM Plus users... I cannot seem to locate any report or dashboard that will easily show me users who are not logging in or using the system regularly. Any Suggestions? I would like to repurpose those licenses to uses who will leverage the benefits of Zoho. Thanks
Using CRM Plus and Projects Module Together
Hello, I would like to know if I have 50 users that are licensed for CRM Plus and a different 25 users that only need Projects, and they are all part of the same organization, can all 75 users work together and view the same data in the Projects module only? Another words, will the Projects module within CRM Plus that user A is licensed for integrate with the standalone Projects module that user B is licensed for? I would prefer not to have to purchase 75 licenses for CRM Plus if I have 25 folks
