Hello Support, One of our clients is located in UK and they are using Zoho CRM Plus on Zoho.eu. They tried to install our ClientPoint Zoho extension and getting the following error message:- "This extension is not available for your region. Please mail us at sales@zohomarketplace.com" Can you please look into it and let us know why this issue is occurring for the users located in UK. Hello, We have a situation for which I'd like to know if the setup might present issues. Here is what is happening: We developed a white labeled version of our software for a partner. As a part of the deal, we were to also add a help center for them to support the product. Urgent Report Inquiry - Removing Duplicates
Hello Team, I need your urgent support please to create a proper report. I am trying to get a report on all the actioned opportunities(=Deals) on a weekly basis. The fields to be displayed are Opportunity owner, stage and opportunity name in 3 consecutive columns. By actioned, I mean anything that has some activity, or notes or emails sent by the opportunity owner only. So I went to summary report, chose the main module as opportunities, and the other modules as notes, email and activities. Then
Theme color does not hold on duplicate tabs
When I set a theme color and then duplicate a browser tab, the theme does not transfer. Any duplicate tabs get the default black color. I am not sure if this is a browser issues or not. And I understand it is not a real big deal, but I just figured I would bring it up in case there is a possible fix. Thanks.

As SuperAdmin, Should I be able to see Developers activity?
Hi All I have a arranged for a developer - initial contact through Fiverr - to do some work on my CRM+, (I need property addresses available to search and link my property info, Using the government public source site & provided links). I have made a part payment upfront. I have added him as an admin with his own login, He has told me he is working on the new additions, however I can not see anything in the "Audit Log" of him making any changes or additions to the system so far. Is this typical?
Auto populating field when importing new data...
Every time I import new leads into Zoho, it is automatically selecting a dropdown from a custom field and filling it out. I had to create a custom view with that criteria and mass update it to default blank... This started a couple of months ago and I can't figure why. Why would it do that?
Can't add project from contact in CRM
When I choose Add Project" in the CRM I get this message The client user(s) [XXXXXX] were not added because users with these email addresses have already been added to another client in Projects. Users with the same email addresses cannot be associated with different clients. If you would still like to add them to your project, re-invite them using an alternate email address. What does this mean as I only have 1 test user? I want to 1. Convert lead to contact/deal 2. Create project for the contact

Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces. In the admin panel, we have now introduced an option for users to easily export the list of all users in the organization (along with their access permissions) in one click. Here's how it works - 1. Visit the Admin Panel > Users tab. 2. Click this icon to the far right to the top. Please remember that you have to be a super-admin / admin to use this feature.
Alert on new campaign sended to contact
Hello, I need some help. I have a auto-responder on my zoho campaigns that send a sequence of 3 emails. This 3 emails create the respective campaign on my zoho crm (campaigns tab). I need to get an alert (an email or something else) 3 days after a contact recieve the second email of my auto responder. How can i do this the best way? Thanks

As a small business, that someone is usually a single person delegating contractors but looking after sales items themselves, I wish there was one single place I could see every task whether it be a CRM related item or a project related item.
Left side Navigation in CRM Plus
It's great to see that Sales inbox has bee moved to the Left Vertical navigation, much better! I would be really good to see the other Zoho Applications also in this navigation, or possible to add them under Favourites. For example, Zoho Checkout, Zoho Mail, Zoho Docs etc. Also why this navigation be added to Zoho One? We have a number of client using Zoho One as we still need to use Browser Bookmarks.
