I have been using zoho crm for some time now and one thing that bugs me is that my sales team don't know iv added note to a lead, customer or proposal. I have thought about the best way to implement this, i think the best way would be have a notification sent to the Lead, contact or proposal owner or being able to select sent notification to "selected Users" when adding notes. Receive Goods or Purchase Order
I just learnt that system only shows quantity on order. There is nothing I can do to receive goods. I ended up manually changing quantity to reflect goods received. That still left the quantity on order. I had no way to remove that quantity on order except that I had to delete the purchase order.... I've testing Calendar Bookings in Zoho CRM. It seems to work well - however, the Host (myself) doesnt get any email notification. The calendar booking shows up in my calendar and the customers calendar. The customer gets a "Confirmed" Calendar email.
