Hi There, Is there any way create a customised/specific work form or job sheet for an engineer to fill out on site, they would answer all the questions a bit like using a zoho form and then they would submit that work form/job sheet and it would be convertedCustom functions set Modified by to script owner
As a ZOHO administrator, I have created custom scripts that run in various situations like updating a field, let's say in the Accounts module. In such cases the "Modified by" field is set to my name, although the record was modified by someone else. ISome Emails Not Saving
Hi All We are having some issues with sent mail not being saved in the sent folder and some incoming mail not being allocated to the CRM leads. This is only affecting some emails which I find quite strange. Is anyone able to assist with this and if there is any settings that I should be looking at? Hello, I seem to be stuck in a bit of a bind here. I have integrated Zoho with my third party forms (gravity forms) to capture the GCLID from the URL and pass it to Zoho CRM successfuly. I have one more issue though... I am using a call tracking software called CallRail, and CallRail is able to capture the GCLID with their own AdWords Integration. I am currently using Zapier to pass the call data from CallRail directly into the CRM as a lead with custom fields which works beautifully except forCompetitors Question
