Assign contact based on email?
Hello. In Deals Module each deal has its own unique field named "Deal Email". Im looking for a way to search and find the same emails in "Contacts" and if "Deal email" and "Contact email" is a match, then I want the contact to be added as a "Contact"How to prevent users from editing mail merge templates from Zoho crm
We want users to use public mail merge templates. They should not be able to edit templates but only preview data merge and send emails. We did prohibit "manage mail merge template" in the user profile. But they can still edit the template in the zohoSEND MAIL ISSUE
ZOHO CRM - CUSTOM FUNCTION - SEND MAIL When sending mail with the custom function in zoho crm - mails are not always sent. It sends email ONLY through the zoho deluge mail server and I cant even know through script if mail is sent!! On gmail mainly mails are not sent at all... we added a bcc and to check if mails are sent. However in SEND MAIL function you can use a template and this send email through your custom mail server but the issue here is that you are completely limited in the way to designHow to stay on the new version ?
