hello all, we started seeing a new button called "Share to customer" in Notes. When we click it nothing happens. Does anyone know what this button does?
How to workaround the 100 limit on scheduled reports
I work with 600+ partners that I would like to send a weekly report to, but there is a 100 limit on scheduled reports. Does anyone know of a workaround (outside extension) that could do this?

Triggering a workflow based on the field update performed by function using zoho.crm.updateRecord()
Ran into something pretty perplexing that I haven't been able to find solutions for online. I set up a workflow that triggers when a field is updated to a certain value. After futile hours of trying to debug this, I realized this inexplicable thing. The workflow actually does trigger properly when I manually update the field to the required value. When the field is updated to the exact same value by the custom function I wrote (using zoho.crm.updateRecord()), the workflow doesn't trigger! I'm wondering
