Custom Function to Check Status of Ticket
I want to send a daily email notification to the ticket owner based upon the status of the ticket. What seems like the best way to go about this is to use the Schedules section on Zoho Desk. But I cant just associate a condition and a notification with the schedule I have to create a custom function. How do I check the status of a ticket in a custom function, is that possible? If so, what environment variable am I looking for? Is there an easier way to achieve what I am looking for?
Looking for information or example of Invoke API
I am looking to invoke: https://desk.zoho.com/DeskAPIDocument#Tickets#Tickets_Getaticket from my extension. I am currently opening up a HTTPRequest for it and filling the fields as needed. I believe I have it correct but am running into CORS issues: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://desk.zoho.com/api/v1/invoke?{orgId}' from origin 'https://127.0.0.1:5000' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin'. Is it possible to get a solid example of invoking this API for reference?

Remote Assist Button ReMapping
We use Connectwise Control (Screen Connect) and would ideally love to use that "Remote Assist" button integrated into the Zoho Desk ticket to send an invite from our program. Anyone ever remap this button to use their own program? A quick search revealed Zoho support suggesting the user build a marketplace app, but nothing else was found. I am not looking to market this commercially, however if the dev cost/effort on my end is minimal I would be happy to share it with the public. Thanks!

Invoking Desk API from Extension
Hello, Can someone please advise me with a small code snippet how to invoke the Desk API (https://desk.zoho.com/support/APIDocument.do#Introduction) from inside an extension? I have added a connection in Sigma, and added the generated connection link in the connectors part of the plugin manifest. Now I just need to figure out how to do a call from the extension to the API: is this with the ZOHODESK.request call? How to generate the oauthtoken, based on the user account that is logged in to Zoho Desk?
Embedding code in KB articles - requires extension?
Currently, when editing articles in the Knowledge base part of Zoho Desk, there appear options to "insert code". Question is: what kind of code? Does this require a formal extension, approved by Zoho? Or any kind of code? We are looking for ways to add simple apps to our knowledge base (example: a form that let's people add some info to a pdf builder and then get access to a downloadable pdf). Are there ways to do this? Anyone have experience or insight?
