Zoho project Dropbox
Hi the sync with projet and dropbox is not working proprely it duplicate file in dropbox and does not sync correcly please replace the document management with WorkdriveExclude Specific Folders from Sync
Is there a way to exclude certain folders from sync? I know I can choose specific folders for syncing, but what I would like is to sync everything except folders with a certain name. Something similar to "git-ignore" for those familiar with it.Dropbox Sync with project
Dear All I have noticed some issues with dropbox sync 1) when i put a new file in the dropbox folder even with continuous synch the file does not appear in ZOHO document even after 20 minutes I need to stop the sync and redo it So Zoho has duplicate all the document in ZOHO documents from dropbox wich is a bug it means that if you stop restart the sync then all gets duplicate Zoho sync needs to checkif document already exist and not duplicate it If i put a document in ZOHO it goes immediately toZoho docs sync
Ive synced a computer with my zoho docs account, but i want to keep files only in the cloud. How can i select the files i want to keep on the cloud and which ones on my computer too.Booklet
I've looked through the Templates, as well as the KB, but I only found one post from 10 years ago about making a booklet. It seems that a template no longer for creating booklets. Hi, is it possible or how do I create a document type to a document. For example we are an engineering organisation, is it possible to designate a DWG file as a drawing in Zoho docs so that all users can search for drawings more efficiently or is the only way to assign tags individually?Document Registry
Is there a way to create a master registry for documents? For example, can I create a DWG file or PO for example, then when that is saved it uploads automatically into a master document registry for all DWG's or PO depending on what was created. Is anyone having the same problem. All my documents disappeared last night. My account is synced to my computer. It is now trying to resync but my ZDOCS are not opening. We were thinking of creating documents and making them live to embed on our websites, so that we can have one place to update. But the iframe embed seems very rigid in regards to displaying on multiple devices. How would one better control the look and responsiveness of the iframed document?problem with public link

Hi, I have accidently deleted a folder in the Zoho docs folder "Klanten" on my desktop. It has synchronised and the folder was also deleted from the zoho docs web. I can't find them in the carbage can on the web. I have restored them from the carbage can on the desktop. But after synchronising the zoho files are not visible on the web. How can I restore them? I don't know if the Zoho Docs team has done some weird infrastructure update but today all my merge templates have all their text . meshed together. It seems like line breaks are no longer being respected in same way they were and all our documents text is overlapping!!! PLEASE FIX THIS. I have been using this for a long time and this is the first time that this happened. I also know that it's not something we did since the issue is showing up on ALL of our merge templates. I am confused after having made certain changes to the folders and files by way of reorganising them my changes were not reflected in Zoho Docs as viewed thru the web. On checking the Folders selected in the Windows app settings I found that Docs was still syncing the old content structure and did not even reference or know of the new folders created. My only solution was to disconnect Zoho Docs in the windows app and then reconnect but even that did not show the new files structure when I selectedAdvanced User Permissions and Sharing
Just started using ZDocs. It appears that the security settings are blanket, in that all users either can or cannot save or publish all files in the system that are shared. This obviously makes no sense as there could be thousands of documents, each with its own needs for sharing and publishing. My question is: 1. Can you control publish and download settings at the document or folder level? For instance you may have proprietary information you do not want shared or downloaded, so users could notEU vs US accounts

I already have a Zoho document, which is shared with co-authors, but have been working on a downloaded copy in Word and would now like to import it as a new version of the same Zoho document. Unless I'm missing something, it looks like the mobile app does not have any type of security/password/pin/fingerprint lock. Is this correct? This seems odd since almost all the other apps have such feature.All the files have disappeared

A couple days ago we noticed that all of our documents have lost their formatting. Margins no longer align, graphics are in the wrong places, etc. This problem affects all versions of the document. I have a mail merge that occurs when a form is submitted. The merged information is date and time. The date filed populates in the format I want however the time is converted to 24 hours time. Hi! I have successfully emailed documents to my Zoho account using my designated e-mail address. I have tried to have some system generated reports emailed to the same email address, with no success. Is there any way to see an error log? Does my system email address need to be a designated user? Hello, after a few years I'm back to Zoho Docs, using them on a Surface Go and syncing through all my devices (Macs/iPhone/Android phones/etc). I installed the Zoho Writer plugin for Microsoft Edge browser. But still can't see the "offline" documents part (that's pretty important for me!) I have been given admin access to Workspaces created by another user and they have shared all there files with me. The main user has the ability to move files to workspaces, but I do not. I attached a plain text document to a Task in Zoho Project, then when I clicked on it later to view it I got a message saying "Preview is not available", with a note lower in the message listing the file formats for which preview is available, txt being one of them. I am trying to move my data from a @zoho.com to a new @zoho.eu address due to legal issues. So I set up the new .eu account. Then I tried to share the important files from the @zoho.com to the new @zoho.eu account. When everything will be finished I intend to close the old @zoho.com account. When sharing I am already getting an error message like "Oh, oh! There was an error when sharing this document! Wait a bit and try it later again." - Well, I am getting this message for some time past, and IZoho Docs - synching not deleting files across devices
Zoho Docs is installed on my main desktop and on my laptop and set up to sync all folders. When I delete a file on the desktop it is not deleting on the laptop. Other things seem to work fine, for example when I add files to the desktop they are being added to the laptop so that works. Also, the deletions are working as expected to the other users that I have shared with. Its only an issue that happens between my own desktop and my own laptop, which caused problems because the laptop goes out ofUnable to share file/folder with group
I created a group through Docs -> Settings -> Admin Panel -> Groups and added all the members in the organization. Hi I am new to Zoho one and am starting to implement Zoho docs for my business. I have set up different workspaces for different teams in my business to access but ever file I add into a workspace all shows up in my home directory folder of Zoho docs, is there any way of getting these files to not show up twice. I just installed Zoho Docs for Desktop on a new PC. I am getting the whole folder structure, but no files? What could I be doing wrong? New PC is Win 10 Home, 64 bit, Celeron N2830, 4 GB memory 1/2 TB hard drive. Old is Win 7k Ultimate 64 bit, 8 GB mem, 1 TB hard drive. Hi, I was using the zoho docs tool. And whilst I was doing my work it asked me to log in. I didn’t have an account so I signed up and after the signing up process it asked me to confirm my email which i did. When I did it then took me to a screen saying you need permission to access this doc and stayed there. Any solutions??
