Hi all When I am developing a java application that uses ZOHO API, in download https://apidocs.zoho.com/files/v1/content/<DOC_ID>?authtoken=AuthToken&scope=docsapi I need help to doc_id, I know that in uploading post method a response contains doc_id e.g "uploaddocid":"3yprga7361deb32524816b36e72f27baa02c9" but i need to know if there is another way to get doc_id because it is not practical way to store all this response doc_id(s) internally on my application.upload file docs api

Hi, I have been using Z Docs for a year now and this month i notice i am unable to create any more folders with a folder of a work space (limited to 10?) i am then also unable to create a another folder within the work space "Reached limit". This is a massive problem for me as i save all my customers details in their own folder and specific to each month so i can find them easily. This is a strange issue: Our embedded slideshow was updated several days agao, and the updates were instantly reflected on my computer when I refreshed the page they are embedded in. However, on all other computers, and in other browsers on my own computer, the previous version of the slideshow is still displaying. I am working with a client taking them to ZOHO CRM and I have converted most of their documents but their proposal docs are 10 pages and they have a lot of formatting. I get it the way I want and upload it. When I merge it is changes a couple of the formats (colors) in the merge fields and column heading orientation. I am using MS Word and have tried it from both the potentails view and using the merge template in MS Word and get the same results. Why can't my formats stick?Not able to upload a document

For testing I created two free personal accounts, and added them as users to the organization in my real Premium account, before rolling the system out to real users. Now I'm done testing them and I want to close the test accounts. I can deactivate them as users in the organization, but not completely remove them. Hello, I tried to install the synchronosation software for Ubuntu (x64) but the download doesn't seem to contain a DEB-file! It does has 2 files to install and to uninstall and 1 hidden setup file, but clicking those files brings me to the help pages of Zoho Docs. So, we (I) can't install the software. Any solutions? Hi, I have availed a Free Zoho account for mails which come with Zoho docs 5Gb /user storage. I need to securely distribute documents to people outside my organization and keep a log of who received the documents and when. The people receiving the documents will change on a case-by-case basis. I see in the User Guide that it is pretty simple to set up secure sharing. However, I don't see any mention of there being any logging feature. Does ZOHO Docs have a logging feature, and is it available to me? Hey, Zoho Docs seems really promising for some online collaborative writing tasks, but I can't start actually using it before I can download a Zoho doc and let it appear **exactly** identical in Microsoft Word.
