feature request for more screen real estate in Zoho docs
On a laptop I'm able to see my actual doc on only the bottom 2/3 of the screen. The top third is taken up with browser's address bar and tabs, then the site's name and a lot of white space for doc name, then the app's tabs, then menu bar with tons of icons, and then the formula bar (in the case of Sheet). FINALLY, after all that, we see the doc itself. On a laptop that means the upper left corner of a doc, almost not enough to be able to work effectively. What I'd like to see is 1. eliminate the

Read-Only Problem
Hi, I have 2 spreadsheets uploaded and share them with a group. I want the group to be able to modify these spreadsheets so have shared the docs with the 'collaborator' box ticked. However, one of the documents is read-only to the group, and no matter how many times I delete it and reload it, it remains thus. Any suggestions? PS. Whilst trying to resolve this problem by unsharing/resharing, deleting/uploading, I bombarded my group's inboxes with notification emails. Any way of turning these off?
Send a notification email when the admin uploads docs
Maybe a simple question but I cannot find it through Zoho Docs. I would like when the admin of my company uploads documents in all our workspaces, then the users to receive an email like the following. I have to enable something I think.

Hello, I am the admin for a Zoho organization that holds about 65 people on the user list. Before today, when i attempted to share the Zoho doc folder with the organization by using the option, "Share With Organization," it worked perfectly. But today, i have gotten about 15 emails from individuals saying they are no longer able to see the documents that i have shared with them in their "Shared With Me" options. I’m setting up Zoho Docs for our employees, I would like the employees not to have to enter a password. I was hoping with Allowed IPs I my employees through a link on our Intranet would automatically be logged on to Zoho Docs. Is there a way of doing that?

embedded slideshow display problem report
My embedded slideshow display is not working properly. The autostart on load is not functioning, and the timed display of new slides isn't working even after clicking to the next slide. Also, the helper menu at the bottom of the slideshow is displaying when it shouldn't. Can I ask if this is more likely a problem on your end, or something only affecting my embedded display? Sharing a document with users of an organisation
Hi, I want to create an organisation with about 15 members. We'll have to work together on a document. If I use the option "share the document with all the members of the organisation" and then send them the link, will all the 15 members be able to edit the document or is it restricted to 3 members in the free version? Hi, I want to know if I can share a workspace to a non-zoho docs user as a collaborators or visitors ? I'm trying to do this but zoho doc shows me that is not possible as you can see in attachment. user cannot create documents
I just started using Docs after using creator for a long time. I'm the admin and I made one user. That user cannot view documents I make nor can he make new documents. He can open them but the contents is a grey window. I made him a user and an admin with no difference. What am I missing?
Cannot add images to slideshow - internal server error?
When I try to upload an image to my library, I get the following error: Internal Server Error while processing this request. I see the progress bar of the upload go to complete quite instantly, but new images are not added or available for use. This is preventing me from updating my slideshow. Any advice? How do I manual save?
How do you manually save within a document or spreadsheet? With a document we only see "save as", not "save". With a spreadsheet there is no "save as" or "save", so we just have to rely on autosave? Thank you.

Trial Period
Hi there, I have been advised that Zoho Docs (Presentation) is only available for free during the trial period. Can someone please advise what happens after the trial period, is your material retained or deleted, can you opt to continue for free or do you have to move onto a paid subscription? subscribe workspace issue
User can Unsubscribe the workspace easily. But how subscribe the workspace again if they accidentally unsubscribe. I as the owner and admin of the workspace has tried many to invite the user into the workspace but it wont work. Is there any rule for it for user that are already unsubscribe can subscribe the same workspace?

Some Presentations will not auto loop in Chrome
I use Zoho Presentations with Chromecast at work. We cast the external urls from a Chrome browser to TVs in our shop to keep people updated on things. I have six individual presentations, however 2 no longer loop, nor does adding '&loop=true' work anymore. All of the presentations were created at the same time with the same base settings, but I've had this problem off and on where one or more will refuse to auto loop. I've gone to Advanced settings, made sure auto loop is turned on for embedded/external

re-subscribe user into workspace
How can I re-add user that they accidentally un-subscribe from the workspace. I've tried invite the user many times but nothing happen. Try re-invite, got message user (s) re-invite already but nothing happen There is no email coming in saying that user can add to workspace Help to settle this.
Access of different roles?
We have a "Workspace" where the most of the users have been role "Collaborator" before without any problem to use Zoho Docs Application to sync and add documents. But now the users get "Access denied" so I have to add them as "Moderator" to have access to this. Have something changed? Issue with configuring Single Sign On for Zoho Docs
1. We have a zoho mail account with Single Sign On configured and it is working fine. 2. We nor registered for a free trial of zoho docs for the same account. 3. In zoho docs, when I go to Settings >> SAML Authentication, the SAML configuration fields are displayed. 4. Domain verification step is not displayed as the domain is already verified for zoho mail when setting up SSO for it. 5. After we fill all the fields for SAML Configuration and click save, a file gets downloaded (samluserAction.do)
amount of collaborators shown incorrectly
I have a online presentation, which I want to share with my colleague. It is currently shared with 1 person and I want to add another one. But when I go to sharing it says, that one document can only be shared with maximum 3 collaborators in the free version. I use only the free version, but as stated so far I only have 1 collaborator for this document... (side note: I had one group that I shared the document with before, but I cancelled the sharing with that group, so now there is only the 1 collaborator
Suppport Question
Does anyone know if it is possible to escalate a support issue? I have been batting emails back and forth over missing 'mission critical' documents with no end in site. Support calls that were scheduled were missed ect. all resulting in a huge waste of time and resources. Also, I would highly suggest that anyone looking into any online document management platform perform some due diligence on what type of support to expect should there be an issue with your chosen platform.
Animation
When I attempt to animate a bulleted list in Zoho Show 3.0, the default animation is "Fly In." If I click on "More Animation Options," the "Animation Pane" is blank under "Animations" and the "Options" button to the right does not work. In other words, I can only use "Fly In" as the default animation and cannot get to any of the other animation options. I am eager to use other animations, as Zoho Show seems to offer a rich variety of features. I have the problem described above on both Google Chrome

Problem while accepting/rejecting changes
Once I accept or reject changes, the screen turns to greyscale and get this message: S101 : Server error occurred while saving your last edit. Please copy your changes and save them elsewhere. Duplicate Files
Here is my intended usage: - create a workspace with all of our files - allow certain users to only see certain folders within the workspace So I have uploaded all our files and folder structure to my workspace, but now there are two copies of every file. 404 Error
When I attempt to open the "link" subfolder, it brings me to this error page. Earlier this am I did upgrade my antivirus/pc cleaner, this should not have anything to do with this error. Correct? Is ZOHO doing any upgrades? Need help please. Maria
