I two questions, could you help me? So, I use much zoho show broadcast, currently the window to enter your first name before entering the conference no longer appears, is normal? Hi There, I am testing a paid version of Zoho Docs and set up Desktop Sync on my Mac which works great. When I go offline I can open any MS Word docs which synced and edit them fine, but cannot edit .zdoc files offline and it opens my browser (Google Chrome) and just says I cannot edit because I am offline. Hello, we are setting up our Z-Docs account. I downloaded the desktop sync tool and have linked it to a workspace to share docs company wide. The idea is to sync files on my computer with files on the workspace. The same idea for other colleagues. But somehow the sync duplicates files on my computer. I've copied files in the workspace folder on my computer, so they can get uploaded, but they are duplicated now, and also sitting in the "Zoho Docs" (root) folder on my computer. Good evening!! =) There's what I believe to be a bug where we have our files listed on Zoho Docs. Instead of presenting the time when the file was actually created or mpodifies, another time zone is presented. For instance, I've just made a change in a file (at 17h27 - my time). I have a looped presentation embedded on my site which until recently would start automatically when the iframe loaded. Within the last several days, the slideshow no longer starts automatically - the user must right-click and select "next" for the presentation to display. Is this related to the recent loop fix? Hi, I have a problem exporting my presentation to PDF. When I select Export to PDF, Zoho says "download in progress", but no file is sent from server. Looking at Javascript console, I see some messages that may be related. I don't know how it happened, but I now have 186 versions of a document! I would like to see version number (1) with the differences, but when I go to the document versions pane on the right side of the screen, I can't seem to scroll down to the version 1. Hi, I want to create a presentation using Zoho Show and then print it on regular A4 paper. The preset options for slide size is adjusted to screen size (16:9 and so on) and not paper sizes (A4 and so on). Is it possible to create a slide in a format like A4 that i can then print? Guys, When releasing the Zoho Docs for Desktop application, did you by any chance also broke the sync between Zoho and Drop Box ?? Until 1~2 days, everything was working perfectly. Now when I modify a synced file directly in Zoho, it is not automatically updated in drop box. No matter how long I wait. I removed and reconfigure the sync option just in case - the 1st sync works fine, but then when remodifying a file it does not get updated in Dropbox folder. The opposite works however i.e. updatingMass Import

It'd be great to allow online backup / sync with other services like SugarSync or Sincplicity. I use SugarSync to provide real-time synchronization of my desktop files with a web-based site (and any other PCs I designate). I'm not sure of the technical or business issues involved, but I see my Zoho Docs workspace as just another 'virtual pc' in this ecosystem. Some time ago, I created a spreadsheet which calculates and displays the current duty shift (A, B or C) at my fire department. Chapter/section/subsection numbering is one of the feature I was looking for, compared to Google Docs. Zoho Docs supports this, but it was very confusing for me that this was under numbered lists. I was looking under View/Edit Document Styles, which IMO would be a more appropriate place to put this, plus give more flexibility, rather than the fixed selection from the numbered lists dropdown.
