My original plan was that we each create a workspace that is relevant to our role in the company and manage our own docs within, and share the rest of the company members to our individual role-based workspaces. you can link documents from Zoho Docs to Zoho CRM in a web browser. Why can we not do the same on a mobile device (IE Apple ipad). I have embedded a show and I have hidden the toolbar because I don't want viewers to be able to share and embed the file. The embed button and show full screen should not be on the same toolbar making them mutually exclusive. I should be able to display the show full screen even if I don't want others to embed the file. While broadcasting and activating the notes window, unfortunatley the notes do not update with the respective slide. I need to have IE9 on Windows 2008 R2 be able to print from Writer. Currently, when I try to print using PDF, the balloon pops up saying "Generating PDF for print..." and never goes away. I am trying to setup the equivalent of a shared folder for my small company. It looks like I have 2 choices: Workspace or Group. Groups don't allow subfolders which pretty much makes them unusable, so I started putting together a workspace. Hi, By using "drag and drop" i moved a folder from one workspace to another. These two workspaces had different owners. The drag and drop operation worked out fine and i was able to do so. But after reloading the page, it turns out that the folder actually has disappeared completely. The files i can still find by searching, but the folder is gone. I then again tested with an empty folder. Same result. Drag and drop operation works, but in reality the folder is disappearing... This is a serious issueDisplay folders in the main search

Hi, Today we noticed that zoho show started giving an error when editing a document and saving it (error saving the file). It has been working our time for months without any issue. Dear Zoho Team. I created few workspaces and can share and upload documents within them, as administrator. Then i invited some users to workspaces and they can see documents inside them, but they can neither upload nor share files within them. For example, if they click Upload, there is nothing under the 'My workspaces' link at the right side of the upload dialog. If they select 'Share' for a document and then go to the Workspace tab, there is a phrase "No Workspaces is created by you" That is veryCollaborators can't delete files they don't own.
