Multiple Organisations - 1 account or multiple accounts?
Hi Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find a recent post on it. I have approx 20 customers, at the moment. They all have access to online documents at the moment through sub-domains on my website. I would like to migrate these to Zoho and manage these customers/docs using Zoho Docs in future. Some of these customers have databases too, so I would like to include Zoho Apps as well. It seems to me that it would be much easier to manage this situation through one account. Is thisZoho Show will be redirected to Zoho Docs
In a step to unify and showcase the office apps under one common web address, Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show will all be accessible from the Zoho Docs URL: http://www.zoho.com/docs, starting Nov 23, 2012. As soon as you sign in to Zoho Docs, you will land at the Zoho Docs Explorer, which lists all your files. You can open your files from there, create new presentations, or upload your existing presentations. You can create folders and organize your files better. Hi guys, Playing around with VO, I noticed that if I create a group, add members to it, then upload some documents to the group shared folder, they show up in the Document list (by clicking the "Documents" link on the group toolbar across the top of the page). But, if I click on the Group name to get the group 'dashboard' view (showing the unread discussions, tasks, documents, events, etc. all on one screen) the shared documents are not there. Shouldn't any group documents show up in this view??How can I open a doc read-only if granted read/write authority?
To avoid the problem of getting kicked out of a document when another authorized collaborator opens it, I would like the option of opening as read only most of the time. Does this option exist?Sharing templates
Hi, I'm a high school teacher and I'm considering using Zoho as online platform for my students to save work. I am trying to figure out a way to directly share templates with students in a group, so they can have organizers and guided notes to use. However, I want students to be able to edit their own version of the document. I don't want to share documents with editing rights and ask students save a copy for themselves, as I'm sure I'll run into problems with students editing the original copyVBA Retrieve Username
Would like to setup some VBA code that utilizes the name of the individual that's doing the action. In Excel I could use Environ("Username") to return the name of the individual logged in on the computer, is there similar way in Zoho Sheets to access the name of the individual logged in to Zoho? Words appear in reversed order. I guess in all RTL languages. The same PDF is OK in adobe or google readers.Why not have a delete feature on right hand side panel where participants/invites are listed?

Multiple attempts to revise my embedded show have failed today! I've made revisions to my show, seen that these revisions were saved in the upper right corner of the show display, but have not seen revisions displayed in my embedded show. I cannot save the show in the File menu, only Save As. When I access the show from Open Recent, I go back to an early revision. I am giving up! I like using the Master view to change the style of every slide at once, but sometimes I have already made a change on an individual slide (for instance, I want all titles to be in Verdana, but I have already set one slide's title to Arial). The individual slide won't change, I guess because individual changes take priority over Master style changes. However, I can't figure out how to remove the individual style or how to force it to revert to the Master style. I can do this with the title text box¿Inadaptabilidad a las Tecnologías?

I am having problems trying to login using the Excel zoho plug in but I keep getting an authentification failed message. I know my username and password are valid as I can login via the website, just not using the zoho plugin in Excel or Word. I am using Office 2010 on Windows XP. Hi, We have been experiencing problems all day long during with all zoho docs suites (sheet, documents and show). First, we couldn't open documents at all, just the first time, when no documentid was set. It seemed that, when trying to open a document with a given documentid, zoho couldn't answer the petition. Anyway, this seem to have been fixed at the moment. Make sharing and collaborating simpler, implement a right click share file or folder with no login required as do google docs. I'm evaluating Zoho Docs for our corporate use. I have a series of workspaces, such as Finance, Legal ,etc. Most of our employees are in each one in some fashion or other. Is it possible to not send a zillion (technical term) invite emails if and when I go live? Can I suppress the invite emails for every shared workspace? Tried setting up Zoho Docs for a client and, in the end, had to give up. I was uploading folders to Workspaces and discovered that subfolders with the same name as the main folder didn't upload properly. Worse than that was when trying to move folders using drag and drop, I lost several folders. Searching for files that were in the folders would work, but since the search doesn't provide the path, the folders were still missing. When I open a spreadsheet I've been working on it always defaults to the top of the sheet instead of where I left off (say cell A125).
