I'm copying the embed code from Zoho show into my Wordpress blog. However when I enter the code in the HTTP screen, it is not recognized. What's going on?Online and Offline Sync issues
Hi Guys, I am using both Zoho Docs online and Zoho plugin for MS Office. Want I want to do is simple : My collaborators uses the online UI to make changes to xls file while I am reviewing and modify them directly in Office. However it seems I have an issue between the online and offline edits. If I open the local version and save it -> it gets synced to Zoho Docs and when my collaborators open it from the UI they get the last version. OK However if they change the document through the UI, when IError on Check-in of Doc

Hey, Zoho Docs seems really promising for some online collaborative writing tasks, but I can't start actually using it before I can download a Zoho doc and let it appear **exactly** identical when I open it up in Microsoft Word. Can you add a feature that makes Zoho Docs use the same formatting tools as Word? You are already ahead of Google Docs in this regard, but not quite yet there where I need Zoho to be. To be more specific: if I hit the space bar 5 times, I need the document to show 5 spacesCan I copy Show slides from one presentation to another?

Hi, I just happened to go through Zoho Share as it's one of the few remaining applications of Zoho I use and I noticed all of my recent files happened to be public. The issue is while users are uploading documents and creating files with Zoho applications other than using Zoho Share, all files uploaded to Zoho by any means are visible through Zoho Share, and are defaulted to "public!" There are innumerable references to Zoho's "Email-In" Feature - each of which includes the words "Email-in" feature in Zoho Docs, provides you a secure email address. I have spend several hours attempting to find this "secure email address" to no avail. In our company's Zoho Portal, while digging furiously through all the settings, the only thing I've encountered are the words "You do not have permission to use this feature." Hi, When i try to upload files from my pc to a workspace (by using drag and drop), the files are not added to the workspace, but to my own files. Dear Zoho Docs Team, As far as i understand, if user uploads a document to workspace, physically it's uploaded to user's personal folder and then Zoho make something like shortcut/symlink for this doc to Workspace. Right? So if user deletes the document, nobody will be able to open/edit/save it, right? If user is fired and we delete his account, all his documents will not be available to anybody? I created a document that I have been working on for about a week, but went to open it today and it was no longer there. The only documents now in my folder are ones that I moved from google docs and none that I have created in Zoho. I had been saving it very regularly (every couple hundred words) since zoho has a habit of crashing. Is there any way of getting this back?? I am trying to create a Shared Workspace, but when I try to add users, my users are not showing up, I cannot add anyone. Can you have users in multiple Workspaces? Hi, I use free account of Zoho Docs. I can edit my document online but I can't publish with a public URL? I need to download the file and then upload in Zoho Viewer to make this? Doesn't make much sense does it? Am I missing something? I'm afraid to starting working on Zoho Docs and then when I download to an xlsx format for example it will lose some formats and then upload to Zoho Viewer will be strange layout. I have a file that has been shared to me as a collabarator but I am unable to download the file. When I right click and select properties there is no option to download the document in the popup window that gets displayed.How can I view shared Docs in Groups?
There are two Apps for viewing groups - one is through the Docs App where I am able to click on the group and i am able to view docs I have shared. However when I go through the Groups App to view a group this comes up with no documents found in shared docs? But i can see they are there if I go back through the Docs App into the group?? My team is currently working on a document, soI uploaded the draft and shared it with them. When one team member made changes, I don't see any marks to indicate that changes were made by him rather than by someone else. How do we keep track of which members made which changes to a document? All I could see was that someone made an edit to the document at a certain date and time. Hi, In certain browser versions, when writing in a language that uses written accents (i.e. spanish) there is a bug which, after writting a letter with an accent, the cursor is moved just before this letter instead of remaining behind it the way it should be, causing involuntary typos on the written text.
