Does the free version let multiple users edit document?
I'm using the free version of Zoho Docs. I want multiple users to be able to edit a docuemnt just like you would in Google Docs. Is this possible or do I have to pay to upgrade?Downloading documents with folders and tags ?
Hello, I would like to use Zoho docs for backing up my data, but I'm disappointed that the download option (making a ZIP of all files) does not allow saving the folders structure nor the metadata (tags) attached to the documents. Indeed, I would like to make a monthly personal backup on CD, but without losing such data. Are these functionalities candidate for a future release of Zoho docs ? Hi, I'm using Zoho Docs to store lot of pdf files and read them whenever I get the time. It saves the trouble of moving the files around, I can read them from anywhere. Before there were two PDF Rader options, The built-in Zoho PDF Reader and the computer default, I had opened them in in-browser Acrobat Reader to read the. It was so convenient. All the reason I used Zoho Dics, to store my personal PDF books and read hem wherever and wherever I wanted. Now there seem the be only option to use it inSharing all of my folders

Hi, apparently i reached a maximum depth when i tried to add more subfolders in my folders section. But i am waaaay below my usage limit. Hello, I've been reading these forums for the past severals day to solve one issue. In my research, I find there are other other issues and limitations to Zoho docs as discussed by others. Limitations I've experiences and read about thus far are as follows: 1. You can not upload a folder to to Zoho Docs, let alone multiple folders. 2. Even if I've created folders and subfolders within a Workspace, I can not move folders around (like in a traditional Windows Explorer environment). 3. Zipping filesVersioning System
I'm researching using this product to manage our various policy/procedure/forms manuals. We create one document for each policy/procedure/form. There are two things that I'd really need a document management system to do that it doesn't appear are supported with Zoho: 1) When uploading a file, allow me to set the initial version number. I've attempted to upload and drag/drop Word documents - .doc and .docx - as well as .txt; none will progress. My guess is the special characters referred to are tables, lines, special fonts, etc. The documents are résumés; therefore, I need those items to stay. Hi, since this morning no documents are visible on my session with Zohodocs??? The left side with my files is ok, but when clicking ou double clicking on them nothing is visible. I'm sure the Zoho team already plans on creating an app of some sort that will keep Zoho Docs synced with a local folder since Dropbox, Box.net, sugarsync, zumodrive, and syncplicity all have this and ZohoDocs seems to be an imitation of thos services. I did read, however that they first plan to implement WebDav access. Does anybody know of a good program to keep a local folder synced with a WebDav one? I am editing a text document, shared to me in a workspace. I click "review", then "history" to see the revisions. So far so good. When I select 2 versions, then "Show Diff", nothing happens. It remains on the latest version. Thanks for your help.Document upload emails

I really like zoho, I do very little duplicate documents and files stored in a Dropbox, I'd moved my project into Zoho and support you financially, it has prevented me from doing a major thing. I need to have a dropbox using documents stored as online and offline (or rather the locálním disk) is automatically and continuously synchronized. Ok, here's something that would be EXTREMELY useful. My life would be made so much easier if there was a way for Zoho to program an extension for Microsoft Office applications. As it is right now I have to save a file from a MS office application to my computer. Then I log in to Zoho and upload the file. If I want to change the file I need to use my browser to get to Zoho, download it, open it with MS office, save a local copy, and then upload it to Zoho again. Hi, have just imported an ods spreadsheet with pivot tables and chart into Zoho. The pivot sheets displayed but don't update when data are changed in the source table. Also did not find anywhere how the piovot table and charts could be edited. I uploaded an .xls document and I cannot see the "embed in webpage" option in the toolbar but I do see this option in other documents (also .xls) that I uploaded. The documents that show the option do not have the .xls extension when shown in My Folders. The Icon for this document also looks different from the others as does not have a "pencil" diagonally across the spreadsheet icon.
