Bulk import to native Zoho formats?
While it is possible to upload a number of files to Zoho Docs simultaneously, I've not found a way yet to import multiple documents into Writer format, or import multiple Excel spreadsheets into Zoho Sheet. Is this just a matter of me overlooking the correct menu item, or is it not possible to perform a bulk import? If not, could this be added to the development road map for future inclusion? I am testing "Private Share" and used my gmail.com account to send Share email which came(see below) but when I click on the link it requires me to SignIn/Register. I am unable to invite a Zoho user (pcedmunds) to my workspace. I have successfully added another Zoho user (markeford) but when I attempt to invite pcedmunds it says: Unable to invite user to the workspace. Paul appears to be in the system successfully (from my contacts screen shot). Why am I not able to invite him? Please see the attached screen shots for more information. Dear zShow, I just encountered an issue with Zoho Show when I tried to upload an image file but since it didn't have an extension 'zShow' is rejecting it. I don't think it is a professional and secure way to depend on image files just by attachments as it would open up security holes and blow up the system. On a typical cloud computing the server should basically check the header of the file and decide if it is a valid image. In a typical .NET parlance Image.FromFile should be able to decide a fileData not uploading

Hi, I have a couple of questions about Zoho Show: 1. Is it possible to get rid of the final dialog that prompts you to replay the presentation. I just want my presentation to stay in the last slide and when clicked again, I ould like either to start over immediately, or just stay there (I'll have internal slide links for navigation). 2. I use internal links to slides for navigation, but only with text support. Is it possible to assign slide navigation to an object or a photo? Hi, I just started using Zoho Docs today, and I noticed something strange in the docx file I exported. As soon as I opened the file in Word (for Mac 2011 version 14.0.2), almost all of the words had the red squiggly underline indicating they were spelled wrong. When I ran spell check, I noticed the dialog said "Spelling: Russian" at the top. Nothing else on my computer is set to use Russian language. New documents in Word use English. Hi, I essentially want to import a spreadsheet with charts in zoho. The uploaded sheet for most parts imported correctly but the charts did not get added. I checked the forums and saw that it could be issue with chart format (i use line graphs). So I created the charts in ZOHO and exported it. Now when i open it in excel I don't see the right chart and also importing it back again in ZOHO does not load the charts. Hello folks Does anyone know how to share a folder with Zoho Docs? I already share files with a colleague but I want to be able to share a whole folder, not just the files one by one. When I have the folders listed, it is not possible to select a folder with the check-box in order to share using the "share" button in the header of the folder list. When my users are in a document together and one person leaves, data seems to get lost when the collaborator leaves. Why does this happen? I really like ZOHO but is there a way i can set the permission to my liking ? I would like a new permission such that the "Viewer" can only view document. No Download - No Printing. I need it to protect my legal document consisting name, email and address. The current Viewer can view/download which I dont like the idea. Hi, I have an old PPT file that failed when trying to upload and edit it using show.zoho.com. The error returned by zoho was RESULT=FALSE ERROR_CODE=3847 WARNING=Virus Detected. I scan it using my virus scanner and found no issue at all. However, if I opened and closed (without any modification) the file using PowerPoint 2010 then the same file will be edited OK by Zoho. Look like PowerPoint 2010 automatically convert the file to newer version and that new version is workable by Zoho. Pleasemusic on zoho show

Hi I need to know how I can enlarge the font in my document area. Right now my font is very small making it very hard for me to read. Please put in simple terms. No matter how many times we open a spreadsheet and freeze the first row (successfully), once the document is saved, closed, and reopened, it's back to square one, no pane is frozen. Tried at least 10 times on 5 different documents.problem with upload

I'm starting to use Zoho docs. I uploaded a couple MS Word files. When I use the search box in Zoho to search on words I know are in the documents, zoho only returns some of the documents that have a match, not all. I only have 6 documents uploaded and I'm doing testing. If I create a document in zoho, search finds it. If I go to a document that zoho doesn't find, and edit it in zoho docs and save it, zoho still doesn't pull up the document when I do a search. --ScottCatch-22. I can't reactivate but Zoho keeps my money!
Zoho is billing me, but when I sign in I am told my account is INACTIVE. I email accounts department at Zoho and they tell me to logon and downgrade my account to Free. But I can't logon because my account is INACTIVE. So does Zoho bill me forever for a service I cannot access? Please help. Thanks.
