I am unable to cut & paste from a word document into a zoho document. This is making me upload a new word document each time with my revisions, send another shared invite and then move the older zoho document to the trash. When viewing the uploaded documents in IE7 the formatting messes up eg; header disappears, text which should be centred is pushed right (sometimes outside of view), tables and checkboxes are out of alignment. The only issue I have had with FF is the headers sometimes disappear. Is there an update or any other way to fix this in IE7? Hi, I am currently overseeing the development of our website and I am searching for an option to integrate user-accounts document sharing features on our site . How do I share my Zoho doc to everyone, not just members that I select? I don't want a group, I want ANYONE to see it.Special characters appear in downloaded file names
When checking out and downloading a file, Zoho Docs inserts a plus sign (+) between the spaces in the file name. If we remove these spurious characters, resave the file and then try to upload, Docs complains that it is not it is a "different name" from the original and won't let us check it back in. Hello, I've been using Zoho Doc's to share all our invoices with our accountant sho they can do our administration and we build a digital archive. I've created a new user for them and share the documents via a workspace with them. I've reached the limit of 100 files in 1 workspace and am not able to upload any more files (although there is still enough storage space available). Message is that the limit of 100 files in the workspace has been reached and that I need to adjust my account. I'm currentlyExporting whole documents structure ?
Hello, I’ve just begun Zoho today, and this application looks pretty useful ! Thanks to the developers. I’ve been using several tools for managing my personal notes, but those were offline tools. Zoho seems to provide the same features (tree like structure, rich content editors), plus the essential online factor. Which means you can access it anywhere ! I just uploaded a file to my Zoho docs. No sooner did I upload it than I got a feed notification about the successful upload of the file. But the downside is that when I click on the file it does not reach the appropriate folder but just halts at docs.zoho.com dashboard. I want to create a short form where users can each add 5 of their favorite songs (name of song, artist, album optional) but if a song has already been added to the database, it will warn the user to choose another song. Hey, i uploaded a .wmv file in my new workspace, properly, but when i try to download, it says Download in Progress, Please wait... but nothing happens after it. Hi, I have been having trouble with editing the doc, xls and ppt files. The server returns a 500 Internal Server error with error message "Unable to import content". This same unmodified code worked until two weeks back. I have been having this problem with zoho where the service works sometimes and does not some times even when the code is not changed on my side. Please help. RamGroup email notification
Is there a way to have all members of a group notified when anyone updates a shared document (especially sheets)? I can see how to notify the owner, but not the other members. We're trying to use a shared sheet for tracking work items, etc., but we need to let everyone know (via email) that the list has been updated so they know to check it again. We are thinking of using Zoho Writer for a different purpose then most people. A captionist is using Dragon NaturallySpeaking (DNS) to create REAL-TIME caption, i.e., the captionist can have DNS ouputs to a browser (which happened to be using ZohoWriter). Using the internet, others can see the caption. If the captionist has all the email addresses of the readers, he/she can transmit the caption in REAL-TIME. It is about 1-2 seconds delay, the time from DNS outputs to when the viewers see the captionNext Page
