Paste not working?
I have an image I drew in MS paint, trying to 'paste' it into my Zoho Show document. In MS paint i select all, copy, went to Zoho, clicked Action, clicked Paste. Browser pauses for a split second, and then nothing happens. Does it not work? Using XP SP 2, IE 6.0.How to UNSHARE my docs
I have shared some documents (writer docs) to people, and now would like to remove the people from those documents. I am the administrator, and would like to "unshare" them. Hello I find zoho docs great and I would like to upload some simple text files, with the extension .tex (latex files) and .m (matlab) files. Tags in Docs, must be rethought. Currently, two separate tags must be entered, one for the document, and one time for "views". This second entry is totally unnecessary, if a list were automatically generated from the tags entered for documents. Tags for documents also must be viewable easily.Use of tags
After tagging some documents, I can't tell which documents are tagged, and it takes many clicks to see the tags, or even to see which documents have tags. Not very useful. I want a tag indicator to appear next to each tagged document in the document list. "My Tags" near the bottom of the screen allows you to create a tag, but it doesn't appear when you go to tag a document. What are "My Tags" used for? We've been using Zoho Projects to manage and work on multiple drafts of our internal and external documents. This is necessary since we need to tie documents to tasks, and projects. However, with zoho projects its very difficult to find and navigate the various documents that we have across tens of projects. A spell-checker is necessary!!! Presenters like me need that. When I draft a presentation in a rush and no one proof-reads it before it is presented, it is a terrible embarrassment when words are misspelled. PowerPoint provides this feature. hal_segalzoho docs is continuously reloading

I have custom templates from my corporate office that were created in MS powerpoint and I have had no problem importing and editing the text but the design was in portrait view and there seems to be no way to view these in Zoho Show other than in landscape view where they are distorted. help?!? ken kenNice!

Hi, Just a quick query if I may?? Occasionally we have people that try to log into our remote presentation and they receive a message saying "Invalid Invitation Code". It doesn't happen often and sometimes it is cured by getting them to try re-entering. I have just had an instance where that didn't work. Hello, I am trying to put some (Flickr) html code in my slide so my selected Flickr picture will appear on the slide. Unfortunately the html-code doesn't seem to be pasted in de slide. Hello, I'm sharing a presentation with a co-worker and it's a mess... I can't see all her modifications and it is the same on her side, she can't see my work. Hello Ahmed, I have been using Zoho show for nearly 12 months and I have to say it is getting better and better. Ahmed, we use a presentation from 2 computers here at home. We have in the past, run all jpegs inserted as URLs for our presentation as we want it to be photographic. This has worked well but with some people on slower internet connections the slide update can occur slowly. Hello Zoho Show support, Thanks for your help previously. We are having a particular problem more and more often and we are wondering if it can be addressed. Often we find that a remote attendee cannot access the show. At times we have had people with the courage to turn off the protection of virus scanning and firewall and they have then had an easy entry to the presentation. This is not always the case, but usually. It feels very unprofessional to ask a potential client to turn off his firewallprotecting presentation
Can we please find a way that a show can be shared so that the person it is shared with can remotely present but not re-share. We need to secure our system but it is not possible if we want everyone to be able to present. Something like differing levels of sharing. ie. When I want to change the bullet type in my text, I click the arrow by the bullet button, then a box would show to contain the lists of bullets to be selected. But I found the box was behind my slide. A large part of the box was blocked by the slide. Therefore, I could not change the bullet any more. What's wrong with this and how can I do with it?
