I have installed the desktop version of Zoho Docs in 3 computers. In two of them, all is fine. It synchronizes and life is good. However, on the 3rd computer (Windows 10 Professional) with latest updates, Zoho Docs seems to install fine and I get no error messages or warnings. But the Zoho Docs icon on the bottom right corner never shows up. I tried to see if maybe just th icon is missing but the application is running. No luck. I have a mail merge that occurs when a form is submitted. The merged information is date and time. The date filed populates in the format I want however the time is converted to 24 hours time. Hi I have inserted all my email contact of my suppliers and i sent it through by mail merge. I am using ZOHO mail so that is why I could just use mail merge easily to mails to my supplier with their customized name and details. Hi! I have successfully emailed documents to my Zoho account using my designated e-mail address. I have tried to have some system generated reports emailed to the same email address, with no success. Is there any way to see an error log? Does my system email address need to be a designated user? With ipad (iOS12.1.4), I downloaded Zoho Docs app and tried to login with my ID (email address) and password. It requires additional passcode sent to my cell phone. So I entered the exace 7-digit code but never be able to login. with the message "Exceeded_Maximum_Allowed_Authtokens" (attached picture). Two things I noticed: 1. it looks like it requires 6 digits code on the screen. There are 6 stars (*) on the login screen but the code sent to my phone is always 7 digits. Hi, I received an email that someone has shared a spreadsheet with me. This is the same email account that I use for my normal Zoho login. When I login using my normal credentials through browser/ios/android I do not see the shared spreadsheet. Presumably it should be in 'Shared With Me' in the apps? Why is it not showing? I am trying to move my data from a @zoho.com to a new @zoho.eu address due to legal issues. So I set up the new .eu account. Zoho Docs is installed on my main desktop and on my laptop and set up to sync all folders. When I delete a file on the desktop it is not deleting on the laptop. Other things seem to work fine, for example when I add files to the desktop they are being added to the laptop so that works. Also, the deletions are working as expected to the other users that I have shared with.
