Sort files and folders in Zoho Docs
Can I sort files and folders in alphabetically order? And how I do to transfer one or more files (or folders) from a workspace to another workspace? Thank youurgent: folders disappearing and also not syncing
We are having big problems with Zoho Docs today. A folder tree, with several thousand files, was deleted, apparently by the system. I am trying to import all of my Google Drive files to Zoho Docs - about 500 files. The files are arranged in a folder structure, and I cannot find a way to import all of my files into Zoho Docs and maintain the folder structure in my Google Drive. I am doing this by clicking on Upload/Google Drive. This lists my Google Drive files with a checkbox next to each file to select them one at a time. This would be a very painful process, as I would have to figure out where each files goes and rearrangeAfter sharing a document, how do I view the sent text?
I have sent two people, one in house and one external a spreadsheet, I pushed the share button and then added a message to both, add a message button, all good to this point... so I then wanted to view/retrieve the text/message that I sent sent to both so I could pass a copy to someone externally without using Docs. I have asked technical and they pointed me to collaborators and comments which have nothing? this was an email from what I can see but I can not find in my sent items and this is theDocs

Hi - I've installed Zoho on my devices, but whenever I create a document the visual cue comes on. It loops and shuts me out. Dear Zoho team, I find that many people do not want to get yet another online account simply to work on a document with me - which basically makes the Zoho sharing feature useless for me, because every time I share a document I get lots of messages saying, "I do not want to become a Zoho user just to collaborate with you". Hello, We have created a spreadsheet for our organization that we would like a select group of people globally to be able to access and edit. I have shared this document with "Collaborators Only" and have entered the email addresses of the collaborators. The people in the U.S. seem to have no issues accessing the document. The two people in the U.K. cannot. Hi, there, I am pro user of Zoho docs. I embed the ppts on my website using iframe Zoho embeds. Recently I came across an issue. I thought it was a unique one, but in searching, it seems it a long-standing problem with Zoho docs. The problem: The iframe embeds are not appearing specifically on Google Chrome on Mobile Devices. Though they seem to be appearing fine on Desktop screens. I checked the web page on a mobile device in all the available browsers. Our team of 5 just started using zoho docs 2 weeks ago to keep our files together, all with admin access and 5G storage One of our collaborators on Zoho docs for some reason cannot upload or create anything, but can only see what others have shared with him. Hello, I have a website I am creating locally. Some of the information is confidential and it can't be publicly displayed. If I go to this link and drop my excel file into the viewer, will it be publicly available to any user on Zoho? Or does the file get altered to appear on a webpage and that's all it does? Sorry if the question is confusing, if you need me to elaborate I can. Essentially, I want to make sure my docs aren't publicly viewable or if there is a way to make them private. Greetings, I'm using Zoho Docs for Linux 1.8.12. In the preferences dialog under Choose Folders, there are a number of sub-folders missing. The folders were there previously (I used Sync to upload the folders and files to Zoho Docs), and are visible in the web client. But now they're missing from the preferences dialog. I suspect a config issue, but I don't know enough about Sync to go mucking about in the config files (they're .dat files anyway, so...). Hello, I'm trying to convert my templates from google sheets to zoho sheets, however when I did so all my formulas in the template seems to be broken and can't seem to have it work when I just type in the formula on zoho. Zoho Support users are intermittently getting this message since yesterday. They are unable to save or send replies to customers. Is there an outage going on? We only use the deparmentname@portalname.zohosupport.com email channel, so I suspect this is a problem with Zoho servers. I have a sheet with visibility set to "Everyone in OrganizationName". I have checked the box that says "Allow everyone to find and access and "Whoever accesses can: Read/Write". Users in the Organization can access the sheet if I give them the link but they can't find the sheet through the "Docs" view. How do we share sheets across the Organization without explicitly sharing with individuals? How does one "find" a sheet that is visible across the Organization but not explicitly shared?Share Folders Not Showing In App
My shared folders show up in ZOHO docs online in web browser but dos not show up in IOS app. The notification is there that it has been shared but the folder never appears. It's not just my devices. I have tried to troubleshoot and create test folders and share them with my staff we all have Iphones with the Docs app installed and all 3 phones will not show shared folders in the app, only online in Docs on the web browser.
