Delete Creator Record if Removed from CRM
Hi all, I've created a flow to transfer my CRM contacts over to a Creator app but would also like to be able to remove the records from Creator if I remove the contact from my CRM. Is this possible? If so, what should I use within Flow to make this happen? Thanks in advance :)

I'm trying to setup the following. 1. New file added to a subfolder in Google Drive. 2. That new file is then emailed via Gmail (The file is actually going to Zoho books (documents) to be scanned as it's a receipt folder.) Is this possible? Or is there a better way to do this? Custom Function value retrieval
I have a custom function that is returning a string of Json values( i made it a string, bc anytime i set it as a Map it returned just the first value.) When I try to set a variable from the contents of this string it just returns the entire string. How can I get a specific element of a Json String on the parameter screen. I am able to see the string as ${RetrievalAndClean_2} and want to get a specific element from it.

Cannot test webhooks when character length is greater than 1000 characters
Hi, I've set up a flow that simply passes a webhook to a custom function, and the webhook payload has about 5000 characters. When I try to execute it when editing it nothing is happening. Initially I found the next was truncated so I removed some parts of the JSON and got it down to just over 2000 characters. Create invoice in Zoho Books gives "Invoice Number can't be empty" error
Hi, I get the following error when trying to create an invoice in Zoho Books through Zoho Flow: "Vous ne pouvez pas continuer si le champ numérique Invoice est vide. Entrez un nombre Invoice valide.",(screenshot 80), which would translate as: "Can'T create invoice if the invoice number is empty. Flows Not Triggering
I have created several Flows. I test them and they work perfectly. I made sure they are ON. But they only trigger when I run a test. For instance I created one Flow that creates a Google Task when I create a task in Zoho Projects. Works perfect when I run a test with no errors. But never runs on its own. Any suggestions? Thank You

Yesterday, I reset my password. I think I accidentally selected that checkbox that deletes all API/Authtokens. Today I regenerated new connection/authtokens for each Zoho Module that I needed. One of the things we can do with Zapier in many of our zaps is include a link. Example of what I would like to do in Zoho Flow: Trigger: Create an Activity in Desk Action: Create an event on Google calendar and in the description insert a URL to the Desk activity. All the user has to do is open the link to be taken directly to the related ticket. Zoho Project Events need to be Portal Wide
Please see the attached screenshot. We are so close but not yet there :-)! I have created triggers for all Zoho Project tasks and bug for our portal. But for events we need to define a project which is completely impractical, we'd have to create 30+ flows and endlessly add more. Due Dates are not being sent from Project Issues to Google Tasks
Please see screenshots below. Would someone at Zoho please test triggering the creation of a Google Task whenever a Project Issue is created. The problem is the due date does not get sent to Google. Zoho Desk Triggers broken - demands an organization but lists none
Please seen screenshot below. I have previously successfully creates Flows using Desk. Now all of a sudden Desk is demanding that I select an organization, but my organization does not show up. Zoho Flow does not have GMail connection available?
We are on the Australian servers for Zoho One and Zoho Flow is NOT displaying options to connect to GMail. However, GMail is still running on my other business's Zoho One account, which is running on US servers. Can someone please confirm if GMail connection is supported in Zoho Flow running on Australian servers... or is this just another bug. FYI - at this time, I've run into many, many inconsistencies with the Australian servers, including multiple login and authentication errors and failures

Can't quite get data in from Zoho Desk
So I'm getting my feet wet with Deluge in Flow, to make up for a few edge cases that we have with Desk, where we have variable scheduled tasks based on the week of the month. I have the entire flow fleshed out, however have hit a stumbling block with retrieving ticket data from Desk. I would like to have a Zoho Project Event trigger the creation of a Google Calendar Event. Problems: - Flow only provides a start time. Since Zoho Project Events contain both start and end times, I assume this is an oversight? - The output of a Zoho Event Start Time is not compatible and Google Calendar rejects it. Not all google sheets column represented in flow
Is there a limit as to how many columns are imported and represented in a flow? I have a google sheet with around 140 columns in it. when I try to use ZOHO Flow to drop all new rows to a custom module I've created, I can only see around 40-50 of the columns that I can then map to required field. Can't Seem to Get the URL Link for Invoice from Zoho Books
I use Zoho Flow to create an invoice in Zoho Books. I then use the action to send that invoice along in an email. What I want to do in my next steps is use the URL/Link of the Zoho Invoice. But when I look at the output of my Fetch Invoice by CRM ID, I do not see any parameters that display the Invoice URL. How can after using Zoho Flow to create and send an invoice obtain that invoice URL to use in my next actions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contract Expiration Question
Hello, I am currently trying to create Outlook notifications for 90 and 30 days prior to a contract expiration date in Zoho Flow. I integrated the Zoho CRM app with Flow so it can use the contract expiration date from the CRM. I also integrated the Outlook app and it seems that it can be done. Is this possible to do? What I want to do is for the flow to send automatic emails when a contract expiration reaches those days prior to the expiration.

How to get Zoho CRM ID from an Invoice ID
If I have a zoho books invoice that is attached to a Zoho CRM Deal, I know I am able to locate the invoice by simply knowing the Deal ID of the deal it's connected to. What about the other way around? I have the Invoice ID of an invoice that is tied to a zoho deal, and I want to find/fetch the deal associated with the invoice. How do I get the deal ID if I have the Invoice ID? Is there a custom function I have to run to get this info?
Zoho People Connector in Zoho Flow
hi there, I'm trying to connect Zoho Forms to Zoho People so that when users complete a web form, a record is created in Zoho People (e.g. an expense request, a leave request). My problem is that I can't find Zoho People listed as an app in Flow. Am I missing something? I am surprised to see it not included with the long list of apps. I also tried setting up a connector using zapier, but I hit a problem with the version of the People API being used. So I couldn't create a connection with Zoho People

Gmail "Send Email" task - No HTML for the body and body doesn't take values from previous steps
For the Gmail App task "Send Email" there is currently no option for the body of the email to be in HTML. This should change, as HTML is the only way that I can reliably send emails in the format that I need. Additionally, the "body" field does not take values from previous steps like other fields do...example, if I'm in the "body" field and I want to add the "Deal ID," I go to the deal that triggered this flow, and click "Deal ID" but it doesn't actually populate into the body of the email...nothing
