Mark Invoice from Zoho Books as Void
I need to use Zoho Flow to mark an invoice from Zoho Books as void when our deals get cancelled before payment. Currently there is no action to mark invoice as void. Can you help me figure out how to do that? Is there a custom function I can use to mark the invoice as void? Any help would be appreciated.
Need to set a multi-select field.
When a deal is created, I have it going to Zoho Flow. What I want to do is take a string/list that is not properly formatted and insert/default it into a multi-select field. I am having issues with this and would appreciate some help. I have a Flow that gets triggered every time a deal is updated. When the deal goes to Zoho Flow, I want to use the fields from the deal to create a document using a merge mail template. I already have a Merge Template. Hi, I am using the "Send Invoice" task from Zoho Books in my flow. I am not asked which email template I want to use. This makes no sense as depending on the situation, the email template I would use could vary greatly. Please add an option/field for us to say which email template should be used (from Zoho Books Email Templates) when sending invoice from Zoho Flow.
Gmail app doesn't allow me to send emails from my alias
when I choose the action "Send Email" from the Gmail app and make a connection, it will only allow me to send the email from the primary address. It does NOT allow me to send the email from addresses that are aliases. Why? This is the only gmail app I've seen that does not have functionality built in to accommodate sending emails from alias accounts. Please enable functionality to do so. Maybe create another field that says "senders address" and validate against primary to see if it is an alias.

One of the creator workflows involves creating a task for a colleague when a new cancellation form record is submitted. Zoho Flow and Mailchimp
Zoho Flow can fetch custom fields from Zoho CRM, but I want to send them over to Mailchimp for list segmention purposes. It appears that Mailchimp will only receive a static 5 or so fields from Zoho Flow (no option to add custom fields). The desire is to build the list segments inside of Mailchimp based on field data from CRM. Am I missing something key? Or is there a better way to achieve this? SyncApps is too pricey and the Zoho Marketplace extension doesn't allow us to bring over custom fields

I've had a ticket open for almost a month now (#33795135). No one has replied since the first email asking for me to turn on developer access. Is anyone supporting this anymore? We have two simple Flows (Onboarding and Offboarding) that make Zoho Desk tickets from new rows in Google Sheets. They suddenly started throwing "Invalid Contact ID" errors even though nothing had been changed. I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this, and Zoho's own instructions on how to avoid this error

Hi, A member from Zoho support team told me that I could not set taxes for a Zoho Books invoice created by Zoho Flow. He mentioned something about API v2.0, or something about Books' "Line items" not being supported by Zoho Flow as of yet. I just wanted to confirm. Hello, I have a paramount request for Zoho integration with my emails. Is there a way to tag emails by deal name within Zoho SalesInbox so that all emails pertaining to a specific deal are in one location? For example, tagging emails with the deal name to make the emails easily filterable. I have quite a few workflows I would like to create, which would be triggered when a certain field in one of the other apps (Zoho CRM's Cases, for example) is changed. I can't find the way to do it. Currently, as a workaround, I set triggers when module is edited, which triggers way too often creating way too many actions and call, and it's providing inaccurate data. I was wondering if Field Update triggers are possible in Zoho Flow, the way they're possible in Zoho CRM's Workflow Rules?

Hi, I am working on creating a flow such that the trigger will be a task being completed. I want to create a new task very time a task is closed but only if the Lead on the task being closed has no more additional open tasks. I am having a hard time running a check/search on the Lead associated with the tasks that was just closed to see if they have any open tasks. Is there a custom function I can write to check the number of open tasks on a lead? Any help would be much appreciated

Is it possible, or will it be possible at some point in the future, to enable an external user such as a customer, to upload files. For example: A marketing agency could create a folder in WorkDrive for a customer. They could then share the folder with the customer and the customer could upload any files that the agency needs such as their logo, etc.. I know other solutions such as Dropbox have this functionality. it would be a great feature for Zoho WorkDrive. Thanks!
