Hello all, I have a domain that i want to switch to Google Apps. My question is, can I integrate it directly to my current Zoho CRM that I have been using for a year, or do I have to create a new Zoho CRM? Hi, we are using Zoho CRM successfully for over 2 years now, but to further enhance it we would like to integrate it more tightly with Google Apps (since we also use the google apps premier edition for mail and calendar). I had some free time today to begin looking at the Zoho CRM for Google Apps add-on that's found in the Google Apps Marketplace. We were hoping this would actually provide "integration" for Contacts, but it seems to be nothing other than a very basic import function. After getting the Zoho CRM component installed and configured in Google Apps I can now go into Zoho Setup->Zoho CRM for Google Apps->Import Contacts. This brings up a not-very-friendly import wizard. I already had a Zoho CRM for CompanyA Wanted to integrate email so created a Google Apps account for CompanyA Changed my Zoho CRM primary email to be the same as the Apps email ID Added Zoho CRM in Apps and when click through sure enough my CRM logs in and appears but thats where it stops - there is no "Zoho CRM for Google Apps" links under Setup as detailed in the KB for this. Cannot see my google email etc cannot add users etc I really need some urgent help with this please as this is a production
