How Can I Freeze time sheet already entered by the Staff?

In the past few days I've had several clients not receive the invoices I've emailed to them straight from Zoho. Some of them are clients that have received invoices in the past, so I know the email address is not incorrect. They've checked their spam as well and nothing. Is this a known issue?holdback

I was able to successfully authenticate with Google Drive and Dropbox but cannot get Evernote to authenticate in order to attach in expenses. I click on the Authenticate button and get a confirmation from Evernote that Zoho has been authenticated, but when I try to Attach from Cloud and select Evernote it continues to display the Authenticate evernote button. If I try a second time it asks me to re-authenticate, so I know it was supposedly done before. Please help!Android App create task
Hi, Were just started to use Zoho in our business. I'm not the admin but on the app I can create a project but I can't find where I can add a task to the project. On the web portal I'm able to create tasks so it's not a problem with access rights. When I open the menu --> Time tracking --> projects then I can create a project. Hi, I've been using Invoice for many years, but recently decided to try the "expenses" feature. I have captured a number of expenses, which I'd like to invoice to my client, but I can't see any way to use the system to create a single invoice containing all these expenses. All I can do is to create a separate invoice for each expense, which I really don't want to do, as all the expenses need to be on a single invoice. It seems that since the ios 10 update I'm only able to use the app once - if I press the home button or switch to another app, I just get the "out of focus" screen when I try to use the app again. I have to force close the zoho app and restart to be able to use it a second time. While using the iPhone app to generate invoices I'm unable to select the desired payment terms (eg. NET 30) from the settings prompt. Invoice will always default to "due on date specified". Various terms options can be created and will appear in settings menu, but I can not actually select it. I'm only experiencing this with the app version, desktop is ok. After updating to v4.0 there are a couple of issues that are mostly just annoying and one that breaks the app completely. Project list sorting does not stick. If I set project list to sort from the Project screen then go into add a new time entry the projects are not sorted when I go back to Projects screen. Also if I close app completely it loses the sorting preference. Related to the above, when I Tap to Select project in Add Time Entry screen, the project list is neither sorted, filtered nor showsPayment not processed
I thought I'd give Zoho Invoice a try. I only setup one customer to gauge their experience. Problems. When they try to make their payment, it says "cannot process". On my side, I get no notification other than "unable to process". I am using PayPal Pro. It must be setup correctly, as I do not see any error notifications.
