For crying out loud, I get IMAP server timeouts on a regular basis, & so far this morning it's been pretty much constant (this morning the SMTP server hasn't been much better either - it took a few minutes to send a couple of emails) - just getting the constant 'loading' indicator until I finally get the 'timeout' message. (just checked again while writing this, & I've now just got the 'timeout' message sitting there.) I moved to Zoho because I want a reliable email for my work related email - butUsing SMTP to send email from a Group email address
Is it possible to use SMTP to send email from a Group email address? To clarify: I want to use a Group email address as the "From" address for forwarding submissions made on a custom PHP contact form. I don't want to use an existing or new user's account. I don't want to use the alias of an existing or new user's account. Obviously it makes no sense to have POP access for a Group email address, since it's an address that has no mailbox and just forwards a copy of incoming mails to all its members.Deleted Folder

Hi, I have a client whose email (for his website domain) is currently on "cpanel mail". Now client wants to move to Zoho Mail. I checked migration docs and its mentioned that I can migrate using IMAP or POP but I am not getting exactly what steps should I follow in order to achieve this. Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
