My emails are going to spam. I checked the reputation and everything succeeded, but somehow, my Ip address was listed blacklisted by Zoho. 31.186.226.237 sender11-of-o51.zoho.eu Blacklist My domain is legit domain only linked to my email marketing tCannot Select Workdrive folder in email filter!
I am trying to add a filter to put any attachments from a certain sender into my Workdrive folder. When ever it promts me to select folder it is acting like I am selecting a folder to attach to an email. After I pick the folder it creates a new emailSuper Admin email address usage

I recently created an e-mail with zoho for my squarespace website and i set it up correctly as far as i know because i can send & receive e-mail between the zoho mail and my personal g-mail and hotmail accounts both when i login to zoho and on my phone. however when i go to linkedIn to create a company page for my business (which requires a business email not a gmail/hotmail/etc.) LinkedIn says my e-mail is good and that they're sending an verification e-mail to my business inbox with instructionsI can't paste in mail

Hi Guys! Quick question, My host is Siteground and I've been trying to add an Spf & DKIM there - the DKIM has added and validated but the SPF still shows an error on my Zoho dashboard. One thing I noticed is that where you recommend inputing ''@" on Siteground the name field doesn't allow you just to enter "@" so I currently have "connectz.digital." Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). I can send but messages do not appear in the sent folder. Webmail working OK. AndroidEmail fetching/downloading from IMAP Problem.
Ive been trying to fix a fetching problem with my IMAP on Zoho Mail in a month now. I cannot manage it to sync eventhough everything says succesful, Then i deleted IMAP and added again. But now my Folders does not even show up. I have no idea. ThanksIMAP not syncing
Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
