I am unable to get into my Zoho email via Microsoft Edge today. I seem to be able to get in via Firefox however, but I think I was told by Zoho over a year ago that Zoho isn't compatible with Firefox. Has this changed? I've also just sent two test emailsZoho Mail will not load
This morning I could not get Zoho Mail to load. After entering my user/pass, I would get a "loading" notice, but it would never load up. I tried chrome and firefox on two laptops from the same IP and then on chrome and firefox from a desktop on a different IP. I submitted a request for help and after 6 hours no one has responded. I googled the issue and discovered others have been having this problem. Someone suggested they were able to load their email by opening up an incognito window. Zoho mail seems to be down for over an hour, although I can log in but I can't see my mails..just a blank white page appearCannot access mail via Chrome of Firefox this morning.
Earlier this morning, EST, I was met with a blank landing page trying to access Zoho Mail via Chrome from my laptop. Same with Firefox. Both browsers updated. Anyone else having this issue or seen an update from Zoho? Thanks!如何添加多个域名邮箱？

Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
